This location is VERY inconsistent with orders. Order confirmation is correct but what I actually receive is wrong? Very annoying. Do what you say and say what you do!!

I went to this location today and got an ice coffee, at first I didn’t really like it since I like it sweeter. The guy in front working was really kind when I asked if he could make it sweeter. He added something to it which made it really good. Clean and organized location with great customer service.

It's okay, service mediocre, not very clean. Further to my original review, they still don't make an effort to clean. Tables are dirty, bathrooms are dirty, condiments and napkins always low and the Staff is really not very nice. Just saying!

Ignorant employee here. Skips orders just because he feels like it. A little annoying of an experience. Tried to act like he didn’t see an order but it was clear on the screen. A little annoying because I can tell he saw that I’m in a rush but chose to delay me instead of providing a good service experience.

All the employees there are a bunch of teenagers that always messing up the orders. The kid with braces has such a bad attitude towards customers. A manager should be there to watch them.

Avoid this location. They are perpetually struggling with poor inventory management. Bakery items are constantly out of stock. Picture was taken at 10am on a Wednesday morning.Drive thru lane is narrow and difficult to navigate if you have a large vehicle.A few of the regular staff seem to always be grumpy when taking orders.

I order a lot of Dunkin'. I can understand mistakes on verbal orders through the mics but a clearly printed mobile order. Morning staff is usually great. But weekend and evening staff are sometimes either lazy, vindictive, or incompetent.I dont expect them to memorize my common orders. I just wish they could follow the preprinted instructions of the orders given on the printouts they get.Today i ordered ice coffee and my daughter was picking it up on her way home so they had 10 min to get the order right. Nope, they make a frozen coffee. How does that happen with a digital printed order?UPDATE 11/23: This location still haveing soo many issues with product. Everytime I go they dont have something in stock or the machine is broken. I constantly have to substitute items since I pay by app 99% of time. I feel I lose out on most of the money I spend at this location. How do you have cups out of stock? Is it vendor shortages? I paid for a Large and I have to beg to be reimbersed next time. Very inconvieient.

Not even worth the 1 star review. Young woman with the glasses has a major attitude problem. They love to communicate through there headsets and not pay attention to what the customer is ordering. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row and every time I asked for it to be made again she makes it seem like it’s my fault. Lousy place, lousy service.

Lousy service! Went inside to see which donuts they had. Stood there for about 7 minutes while the employee taking care of the drive thru (which was very slow) stood there not busy having a conversation with another employee. Clearly he saw that there were people in the store in line waiting to be helped but was too bothered to do his job. Finally I asked him if someone was going to help us. We finally got help but clearly will not be coming back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
