Still waiting to be refunded from fraudulent charges made to dozens of customers on Thanksgiving weekend. When my bank reached out on behalf of my dispute they shared they sent refunds. My bank then denied my dispute based on the merchant refunding. The refund has still not shown up in my account! Almost 2 weeks later. Any business who has taken this long to rectify a situation of fraud is unacceptable.

Waste of money again! Paid before The man gave me my pizza, and then when I told him I don’t want it because my pizza stayed in too long and got burnt to a crisp he looked at me dumbfounded! No management there that can comprehend English? Who tf likes burnt pizza? So dissatisfied and disgusted with this place today!!!!!!

Thank you Jose and crew. Didn’t know you closed at 9 on Sunday. Stopped in for a slice but they said they were closed. Disappointed in my own stupidity for not checking before hand as to when they closed, they said they would make me a pie. Thank you guys for hanging around. Truly great customer service. Pie was awesome BTW.
