I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. I ordered a small coffee with three sugars and three creams, but there was some difficulty understanding my request. When I said “three and three,” I was repeatedly asked if I meant Splenda, even after clarifying that I wanted sugar.
I also ordered a hot French Vanilla Latte as the second item, but I was told that the machine wasn’t ready to prepare it at 10:30 AM. I replaced the latte with another small coffee, ordered the same way as my first one. However, when I arrived at the window, I was only given one coffee instead of two, resulting in an incomplete order.
While I understand that miscommunication can happen, it’s important for staff to carefully listen and confirm orders to avoid errors. I hope improvements are made to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

My son REALLY wanted a grinch meal, but we waited too long in the season to get one. He was visibly disappointed learning there were none. We ordered our food and made the best of it all. A few minutes after we got our food an employee came out with a pair of socks and a coffee cup they were able to find. It was so heartwarming and touching!!! I cant thank the staff enough for the kindness they showed that night. It really just made our day. THANK YOU!!!!! (And I made them take a photo 🤣 🫶)

Ohh waoo today I stop by McDonald's to buy food for my son after work it is true the manager by the drive through give me a really bad attitude, because I was trying to clarify my order without any mistake really bad feeling for service.

The Guys Come and spit in the Soda Machine and the another one drank the Soda with his mouth between 4:30 PM To 5:00 PM. I suggest everyone not to buy Sodas anymore here...

This is the last Mcdonald's (that I know of) in the area to still have soda fountains. That's why they still get my business.

This is not a good place to dine in. There are a lot of teenagers that frequent this McDonald's. The teenagers were disgusting by the language they were using and inappropriate discussions they were having. The manager on duty said she couldn't say anything to them. The family that was there had little children. They eventually left because they were spurring such filth. Every time I visit this McDonald's my order is incorrect or I have to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. Not a good place to visit at all.

I waited in drive thru line forever to order a drink. Paid and when I got to the second window they said they didn't have that drink. They struggled to get my money back to me.

The drive thru line was so long I switched and did counter pickup. Bad idea. No one was at the counter and no one never asked if I was being helped . I guess they are moving to Mobile and kiosk only. Made me late for work . This location has terrible customer service

Awful place, the girl at the drive through got mad at me because i told her nicely she didn’t give me the correct order. She gave me a milk when i asked for a coke on my app. She slammed the drive through window and gave me attitude, then when i called Her out on it. You could tell she was having a bad day and taking it out on me. Not my fault you made a mistake and I PAID FOR THIS AND TOLD YOU NICELY THIS ISNT MY ORDER. She gave me my soda and then slammed the window door on me!!! And no straw so i stayed There and waited till she came back because she refused to come back, i held Up the line and honked, saw the manager and told her to please come to the window. She laughed and condoned that behavior, right then and there I saw how immensely poor this business was ran and how poorly unprofessional they are. If a manager condones that type of behavior by a staff member and laughs to my face when i give Her a complaint about her, you know how unprofessional this business is. Whoever is the general manager and owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves my son in the back asked me “mommy why was that lady slamming the window like that? I’m scared” ITS SO SAD THAT MY CHILD HAD TO SEE THIS BEHAVIOR IM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS TO THE TOPPPPPPPP

Should have built a bigger McDonald’s! Not enough room inside. The kitchen can’t handle the amount of traffic. Forget about the Drive- Thru. I was 4 cars from the speaker. Waited almost 10 minutes, then pulled out of the line and went to the McDonald’s 6 minutes away.
Went inside to use the bathroom also. 1 stall - 1 urinal. Enough said.
