Absolutely horrible, forced to go here because it's the one closest to me but it's honestly so bad. The food is served cold. They always make you wait. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. They seemed like they were cooked days ago and just reheated. I know people who worked there and they said managing staff was horrible as an employee, and as a customer I could say the same. It was so much better years ago. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place. Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich, took a bite and immediately knew it was not fully cooked. Needless to say I was pissed. I returned it to manager and hope the customers sitting inside understood why I was upset. People working drive thru can't read or understand English. Two different times I placed an order, payed at first window and got wrong order at pick up. Asked them for correct meal and they just shrugged shoulders and closed window. I am now done with this McDonald's never again will I return to this restaurant. Hope your happy Ronald.

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. I ordered a small coffee with three sugars and three creams, but there was some difficulty understanding my request. When I said “three and three,” I was repeatedly asked if I meant Splenda, even after clarifying that I wanted sugar.
I also ordered a hot French Vanilla Latte as the second item, but I was told that the machine wasn’t ready to prepare it — at 10:30 AM. I replaced the latte with another small coffee, ordered the same way as my first one. However, when I arrived at the window, I was only given one coffee instead of two, resulting in an incomplete order.
While I understand that miscommunication can happen, it’s important for staff to carefully listen and confirm orders to avoid errors. I hope improvements are made to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

Your food is always cold and you never get everything that you ordered. The people are very rude and when you order fries, they always give you less than what you ordered. The drinks are always flavored with some other type of flavor, which is horrible.
