This might be the slowest Taco Bell in existence and I’m not even joking. Three times in a row I’ve experienced terrible service, and I’m finally deciding to leave a review.
They clearly prioritize drive-thru orders. I order at least 10 minutes ahead on the mobile app, yet still end up waiting 30 minutes or more—especially frustrating when the app says my order is ready. When you walk inside, they don’t even acknowledge you at the counter. You’re left standing there until you say something. The funny part is, it wasn’t even busy.
The only positive thing I can say is that the food is usually good and consistent with decent portions. But honestly, it’s not worth the wait. This has been going on for months now. Until they get a new staff that isn't painfully slow, I’d recommend going to the Somerville or Green Brook location instead.

Went in on a Sunday for the first time at this location, went for dinner after work. Ordered my usual. Bathroom was clean, overall business was clean and organized. Staff very friendly. Order was ready in a timely fashion. Everything I ordered was given to me. Free refills, plenty of seating area. Conveniently located.
I put an order in on the mobile app at 8:45pm it said it would be ready by 9:01pm it’s currently 9:25pm I still haven’t received my order

Terrible! Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru. Another car and us backed out of the lane and left. We called, some kid answered and put us on hold. They could have easily told the person holding up the line to pull around and wait up front.
