I have had Carrabba's in other places. Coffee no Bueno. Food was ok. Service less than. Only because the staff didn't come as soon as I would like them to. But apparently it wasn't that busy. And it wasn't that tasty. I don't know. It wasn't a good experience for me.

Sat in the bar. Easy parking. open restaurant area with kitchen visible. Nice atmosphere and okay for children but more formal than Red Robin or Outback. Enjoyed the eight buck HH Espresso Martini, had friendly and helpful servers and delish chicken trio (chicken Bryan is my fav) with salad and garlic mashed potatoes. All quality, cooked well and tasty. Can't get enough of the hot bread dipped in their special seasoned olive oil. Pro-tip: have them add a little freshly grated parmasean for a flavor boost! Took advantage of the dine-in special offer for ten dollar takeaway entree (equal or lesser value) and paid the ad-on couple of bucks for salad and bread. Fantastic deal that I've been dining on for two days. The bar was surprisingly lively for early Tuesday evening and the restaurant side seemed a bit slow. I like this spot and would go back!

There is no more Carrabba's on Long Island, NY. The Carrabba's of Maple Shade, NJ has some of the best sangrias that I ever tasted.

Parking: The sangria dinner featured the chicken bordeaux which was excellent, juicy and soft. I am not a sangria drinker but the Springtime Sangria was simply amazing; I wanted a togo cup. These dishes also avaiable on march 27th, yet another sangria dinner.

I absolutely love this location! The staff is unbelievably friendly. Matt at the bar makes the best White Russians!

Wonderful meal, great wine and awesome service. Each course was delicious and the cherry sauce on the chicken was incredible- they never disappoint at the Maple Shade, NJ Carrabba’s!!
