Everytime I go in the drive through a young skinny guy NEVER SPEAKS! No hello no welcome NO thank you at all! Complete silence!!! I can go somewhere else and get customer service. Plus when ur giving your order they rush you. While you’re telling them u want a large hot coffee with…… your interrupted “black or cream and sugar. It’s like DANM CAN I FUNISH MY ORDER WITHOUT INTERRUPTION!

Worst staff. The girl who rang up was cool but the other Indian man who works with her kept giving attitude and instead of asking if we need something goes why are u still at the window when we wanted to change the straws. Had to go to other Dunkin just to get the straws right. Rude Indian man.

Please believe the other poor reviews. The service here is terrible. They’re unnecessarily rude and the food and drinks are never right. I ordered a chai tea latte the didn’t add the tea portion and it was pure milk. I thought the drink looked really light, but kept going on about my day thinking I probably just needed to stir it. (Wrong) . Mind you they were rude to begin with when taking my order. I went here on another occasion and they closed at 6:30 vs 7pm as their hours said. It took a few separate occasions of poor service for me to write this review. I should’ve been done after the first one. Do not spend your money at this location, there’s a better one around the corner.

I just went to order breakfast was excited. I was at the drive through the gentleman was speaking very loudly. It was my turn I was telling him my order before and he was repeating it back before I finished. So I figured he couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder. Said yes thank you after he would confirm. At the end I said thank you Boss as a sign of respect and then he told me rudely to calm down. So I left. I will not support a business like this. I was in such good spirits and that experience was disheartening.

Worst dd I been too yet. Went at 830 am & the bagel bites tasted like they were from the other day & had a French vanilla added too my drink asked for only 2 and tasted like 6.I go too dd everyday but my first time to this location & will be my last.
