Food is generally undercooked or under-toasted. Today I had the pleasure of eating raw bacon in my almost $6 bagel for breakfast thanks to this establishment… AM shifts are usually rough here

I asked for an everything bagel sandwich and when I got to the window the guy said plain bagel I said I everything. He paused looked in the bag and said yea everything. He handed me the bag and it was a plain bagel. I went in and asked him why he said it was everything when he looked right at it because you could clearly see it in the bag and he threw his hands up and was treating me like I made the mistake instead of being friendly and helpful and then the guy on the drive through headset started shushing me and putting his hands up and I wasn’t even being loud. I’ll never go to this location again. Childish staff.

Not too happy! Ordered muffins at the drive through and received bagels which were not fresh. I didn't open the bag until I got home. Can't eat bagels right now, especially stale ones because of recent dental surgery. Gave them to the birds. Running out of DD choices since the one on 38 has attitude issues. It's not me. I rarely rate low. Heading to Starbucks !!!

Ordered my coffee through the drive through and when it was handed to me I could already tell it was wrong, it tasted horrible so I went inside and they all stared at me and were so rude when I asked if I could get a new coffee. The girl rolls her eyes at me, doesn’t say a word but looks around at the other employees shaking her head, slams the new coffee down on the counter and just walked away. Never going to this Dunkin again. Extremely rude employees. Don’t work in customer service if you suck at it :)
