DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered one donut and wanted to pay cash since it was only 1.59, and the drive through lady dropped my money!!! So then I pay card, fine. I pull off and look at my donut and it looked like it fell on the floor. I take it back in and show the lady and she puts it back on the shelf AFTER IT WAS IN MY HANDS and tried to give me a new one. That’s super unsanitary and I will be calling the board of heath since she thinks that’s ok. I told her I touched it so why would she put it back on the shelf and she says “ I didn’t”, like I didn’t just watch her put it back

Stopped by to pick up a couple of bagels. Normally this is my favorite go to Dunkin in the area. Today I was greeted by an older gentleman who may be the owner of the franchise. He did not have a customer friendly manner and made me feel as if I was bothering him and not there to spend money in his shop. First time I encountered this gentleman and hopefully the last. Normally everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. May just make the drive to one of the other DD's in the area next time.

I go here almost every morning and one morning they were closed after I already submitted my order. They noted that I didn’t get my order and gave me a free breakfast today. It’s little things like this that make a difference in customer service! They are always so quick with getting you in and out! I’m happy I found my Dunkin before work.

I made the mistake of ordering 2 of the same drinks. Then I asked if I could have one the following day as well. When I walked through the door the following day, I was greeted with a smile and my quickly prepared drink. The workers have been 100% perfect when making my drinks. Couldn’t ask for better service! It is now a “must stop” any time I’m in the area.
