They barely had anything I ordered apparently and then comes to find out they don’t have any drivers anymore and it’s all thru DoorDash drivers now and somehow anytime you order off the website and DoorDash picks it up, it sends them to a completely different address and you have to wait longer for your food. Worst 106$ spent and still waiting on my food

This is gotta be the worst pizza place in the world. I’ve ordered From here multiple times and every time I order. The order never comes right. They forget the soda or they don’t come with change and try to keep all your money. It’s horrible. It’s despicable. I’m gonna nursing home disables and I have a Driver or try to take $20 for me as a Tips. It’s the worst. I ordered chicken wings last time and they were soggy like they didn’t even cook them my last time ordering from here.

I love papa John’s. I’ve been to a papa John’s in KOP that literally made me sick. This papa John’s has never done me dirty like that. I’ve gone at 8pm, 10pm, 12am, 2am and every time it’s exactly what I wanted.

This location is no longer American owned, Indian family running the place. They are operating under the Papa John's name but not using actual papa johns ingredients. The cheesy bread isnt the same, taste different. Everything is super greasy. None of our pizzas were cut. My sauce with my cheese bread wasn't even a papa johns sauce, just a clear container full of random sauce. Tracker said my pizza was done but I still had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready. This location is no good!!!! Save your money and time. DO NOT PAY FOR EXTRA SAUCE, THEY WILL CLAIM THEY DONT HAVE IT AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU

This is the worst papa johns I have ever ordered from. This is the second time I had an issue in the past year and I won't be ordering EVER again. I had the same exact issue both times. I always order extra garlic sauces and several cheese sauces as some in my family won't eat the pizza from here without it. The order arrives, pizza is not cut had to cut ourselves, it was cold, and there was a bag the delivery driver said contained our sauces. I open the bag and find ranch, BBQ, and a zesty sauce. We opened the pizza boxes and there was a clear container with what appeared to be an attempt to make a garlic sauce. I was charged $1.25 per sauce i ordered but received 0. I chased the delivery driver who said the garlic sauce was expired and "they always mess up the order". I call the store and the woman said they didn't have either sauce, so why did you charge me and send me a bunch of stuff i dont want. Here's a thought: if you don't have what I ordered, pick up the phone, tell me you don't have what I ordered and I have the option to cancel. Just don't assume sending a bunch of random crap will suffice. Totally done with this store
