This is the worst papa johns I have ever ordered from. This is the second time I had an issue in the past year and I won't be ordering EVER again. I had the same exact issue both times. I always order extra garlic sauces and several cheese sauces as some in my family won't eat the pizza from here without it. The order arrives, pizza is not cut had to cut ourselves, it was cold, and there was a bag the delivery driver said contained our sauces. I open the bag and find ranch, BBQ, and a zesty sauce. We opened the pizza boxes and there was a clear container with what appeared to be an attempt to make a garlic sauce. I was charged $1.25 per sauce i ordered but received 0. I chased the delivery driver who said the garlic sauce was expired and "they always mess up the order". I call the store and the woman said they didn't have either sauce, so why did you charge me and send me a bunch of stuff i dont want. Here's a thought: if you don't have what I ordered, pick up the phone, tell me you don't have what I ordered and I have the option to cancel. Just don't assume sending a bunch of random crap will suffice. Totally done with this store

There is an issue EVERY TIME I ORDER. One time my food delivery driver sat in front of my house for 10 minutes. Not doing anything in his car with the car running doing god knows what… . Definitely not delivering my food. I always order an extra bbq sauce hoping maybe one time someone will READ and add it. I did pay for it. At this point I could buy a free pizza with all the $1.25 fee I pay for extra sauce. It is 8 minutes from my house and delivery always takes 20 minutes. Make it make sense. It’s unfortunate this is the only Papa John’s near me. I stopped ordering for a few months hoping it get better. It has not ?
Someone please help the elderly gentleman with the hearing aid that works there. He was trying to help customers figure out the confusion about messed up orders but a big man came out of the back and started screaming at him and shoved him into the back office and closed the door. I’ll be contacting adult protective services and Papa johns corporate about the matter on Tuesday. I also waited a hour for 2 small pick up orders that they had to keep remaking because it wasn’t the correct order at least 3 times.

Worst papa John’s ever. Over an hour to deliver or pick up every time. Last delivery substituted one wing order without notifying and other one missing wings. Called but could not get through on the phone. Can’t believe they are still open and the franchise doesn’t step in. Shame on you

Terrible service, I don't recommend that place, the staff seems not to be happy with their work, it makes them uncomfortable when you order, they tell you to order online if they don't know how to serve a customer, they should give the opportunity to other people who do want to work.

Do not order from this store. They are rude and nasty employees there. They mess up every single order and I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and continue to order. But they hang up on you several times and in person say that they don’t. They tell you “you’re rude” because THEY mess up. Terrible service. Would give 5 negative starts if possible
