The drive through worker was so rude and when you ask for condiments he seemed aggrevated meanwhile the was nothing in bag. The chicken was not fried crispy. I was so disappointed

Last night I try to order food 5 piece combo with mash potato and gravy, Dr. Pepper and two strawberry and cream pie. I went to the window to pay I didn’t understand with the guy but I hand him $20 he gave me my change and my food I look in the bag it was 3 piece chicken strip I was like hey I order chicken strip but the piece he was yeah it’s the bag I say no I also got mash potato and gravy with dr. Pepper and two strawberry cream pie. He gave me an attitude then try to charge me $40 for it I was like nah forget it I want a refund then. He was like give me the money then like no offense I will never come back to that place I will travel to different Popeyes farther from my place than this location that’s closer to my place. Shut this place down they don’t care about anyone especially their customers

This location2788 rt.73 Maple Shade is horrible!!! Staff is rude and disconnected from actual customer service skills. I previously had a bad experience here several years ago bit decided to give it another try since I was in the mall behind it. I was trying to purchase the 3 for $5.00 meal, butterfly Shrimps and a few sides. They said they didn't have the special but I can get it on the app. I showed them it on line but they still refused me. I downloaded the app but I couldn't find it ans asked for their help..@ 67 I thought they could lend me a hand. Finally after asking them to help and being ignored I said, I you don't want to service me I can go elsewhere ". They are next to 2 motels one is a motel 6. I believe there are people housed at both location by the government until housing is available. Because of this and being on route 73 that Popeyes location has a large customer traffic. Which doesn't excuse how they treat customers. I went to Medford Popeyes where they are kind, respectful and have nice customer service skills. I tried giving Popeyes customer service number a try but no one answer and the voice mail was full. I guess that's why the manager didn't seem bothered when I left his location! We have to stop buying from companies that don't respect us!!!!

I regret to share my recent experience at Popeyes in Maple Shade, NJ was incredibly disappointing. Upon attempting to redeem my accumulated points through the app, I was met with disrespectful and aggressive behavior from the store manager. Despite the app indicating my points were applied, I was informed I needed to come inside and pay for the rewards, which contradicted the app's functionality.
Moreover, when I asserted my position, I was subjected to unwarranted remarks about payment methods and faced derogatory comments. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a manner simply for attempting to utilize a loyalty reward system. I made it clear that disrespect has no place in customer service, regardless of cultural differences.
Additionally, the store's cleanliness left much to be desired. The environment was unkempt and did not reflect the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment.
In conclusion, I urge others to reconsider visiting this location. The lack of respect towards customers and the substandard conditions of the premises are indicative of deeper issues within the management and operations of Popeyes Maple Shade, NJ.

This place is not what it was. The entire staff is indian now for some reason which is not what it was before—which means there has to have been a change in management or something. Bad customer service. Quality of food declined.
