It’s 5:13 pm (they close at 9 pm) ordered 1 coffee- “we can’t make coffee,we have no hot water”🤔 coffee, starts with cold water ! , ordered 1 ice tea- “we could make you tea,but it will be mostly water”
Whom ever owns this place should pack it in or fire all the people who are just collecting a pay check while doing NO customer service !

Starbucks is killing birds by contributing to the deforestation necessary to use sun grown coffee as opposed to shade grown. This company is horrible and consistently does not care about the environment. They use tons of single use plastic cups and do not contribute at all towards more eco friendly solutions. Please get your coffee from somewhere else !

This facility is run horribly. The employees are noticably understaffed and overworked. Sometimes just two people on incredibly busy days. Upper management needs to do something about this, and stop worrying so much about their profits and how much money they can save by exploiting people, but of course they never will.

3 times in one week the store is closed but drive thru is open. Don’t allow mobile instore pickup if the store is close defeats the purpose. 20 min wait for drive thru is insane.

I have never had to wait in a Starbucks drive thru this long. Literally 20 min and I’m still in line and STUCK HERE since the lane is too narrow to pass. Each time a car goes to the pick up window it’s sitting there for 5+ minutes. Never coming to this location again. If they are short staffed then shame on the company and management.

I ordered online two days in a row. First day I was served two old bacon and egg sandwiches. The eggs were old and smelly and the bacon was extremely dark and hard like beef jerky! I complained to the district manager Andrea Wise who left me one brief voicemail and never followed up at all. The Maple Shade Starbucks isn’t much different in appearance from the others in my opinion either. They could all use a deep cleaning! So could many off the staff!
