As far as Starbucks goes, this one is pretty decent. The food/drinks are usually prepared well and service friendly. The only reason it loses a star, in my opinion, is because of the layout of the parking lot and inconsistency of the drive threw.
When there are more than 5 cars in the drive threw the parking lot can become unusable and can sometimes back up out onto rt38, creating a traffic hazard. There are times when I get threw the line in just a minute or two. Other times, it can be 15 mins for seemingly no reason. I don't know if this is necessarily the fault of starbucks or the fault of customers not knowing how to order, but it's an issue nonetheless.

Not sure who's in charge of the music at this location, but it's fantastic. I literally come to this Starbucks to work so I can jam out to the hits of the 80s and the 90s. Literally every song that comes on, I'm like yessssss another good one.

This has to be the slowest and most low energy Starbucks Staff I have ever seen.
Meh. That's my overall impression of this particular location. The young man at the counter who took our order would barely look at me and occasionally rolled his eyes. He clearly was not interested in either being there, serving me, or both. But rest assured, the machine did prompt me for a tip when I paid. Let's not forget to reward mediocrity.The food was pretty standard as would be found in most Starbucks locations. Although this location was not very busy when we visited, our order was simply dropped on the counter as he called out name and walked away.As I started with, meh. That's about it for this location.

Waited 10 minutes for a venti decaf then asked if they were working on it. 10 minutes later still no drink. People who got in after me got their drink. I just got a refund and left.
