I ordered online two days in a row. First day I was served two old bacon and egg sandwiches. The eggs were old and smelly and the bacon was extremely dark and hard like beef jerky! I complained to the district manager Andrea Wise who left me one brief voicemail and never followed up at all. The Maple Shade Starbucks isn’t much different in appearance from the others in my opinion either. They could all use a deep cleaning! So could many off the staff!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about Starbucks? They are fabulous along with their amazing and super friendly staff. I think that’s what really makes a place established and stay on the map when it knows how to train its staff to be the best they can be. If you go to other places sometimes the staff is so annoyed that your there and I get it, you don’t want to be working bc your young and you just want to be hanging out with your friends, but many people have ti do these types of jobs until they can become established in their lives. But Starbucks always has a staff ready to greet you and make your experience there as pleasant as possible and the Starbucks in particular has a great over the top staff working there. So if you’re a Starbucks fan definitely try this store bc it’s one of the BEST around the area!

I went in at 1 exactly today and ordered a latte for my wife and asked the barista to write “will you be my valentine?” On the cup and she did it so perfect and even put stickers and I dont remember her name but her and everyone was so nice! 10/10 customer service!

Usually, I LOVE coming to this location. This is my go to location coming from Philly until today. Those little visiting employees have the worst attitudes! I was there arguing with the girl over not wanting a stopper! I left my drink right with them and drove to a different location.
I just ordered a mocha… that’s the WORST MOCHA I ever sipped in my entire life. That service was soooo bad and very late…! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The worst start to my holiday weekend!

I purchased a 20 oz drink but only received about 11oz worth of drink. Check your drinks before leaving the drive thru, and they didn't have free holiday cups. This location is bad and shady.
