Terrible service. I walked in with my daughter and her friends. The host was not welcoming, told us to sit down on the side, and then told us she couldn’t serve us and that we needed a reservation, but other people did not have a reservation and got seated. But she said we should go to another location 10 mins from here. When I said I had three hungry 11-year-olds, she said it was 10 minutes away and that we should go there, and she was very dismissive. I guess we weren’t welcomed—an unfortunate experience.

We love Tacconelli’s pizza 🍕 The crust is great it’s always crispy and fresh! My mother and family love it so we find time to all get together and come a few times a year..We were just there tonight and were all discussing how our waitresses are always not attentive, seem to smile, or care about their tables. Our waitress barely came up to our table of 12- our drinks were left empty multiple times for each person, she was no where to be found, we were given not even a napkin to wipe our hands and mouth. Don’t get me wrong, I know you may be busy but I was a waitress myself and every time we come here the service is always disappointing. Our waitress had tattoos on her arms and blonde hair and every time we had to ask for a refill or napkin or crushed red pepper for our pizza she seemed to roll her eyes and get annoyed. This is your job and we are here to leave you a tip based on your service.. Sad to say the food is great (small menu) but the service is always disappointing…If we’re spending over $200 on a dinner I would expect the service to be attentive and happy to help.

I get accidents happen but the Formaggio pizza my table ordered was so over cooked it was easily the worst pizza we ever had. The fact they would send it out to a table like that was unacceptable. Services and atmosphere were nice. However I’ll take my chances elsewhere next time I want pizza

We were asked to leave our table after one hour because they said it was booked for next guests . They wouldn’t serve us coffee or dessert. Our time was up !!! Btw it was a birthday dinner and even after seeing a manager we were no better off

My family has hosted numerous 20+ person dinners at Tacconelli’s without issue. Not anymore! After a disappointing dining experience with my boyfriend’s family last week, he left a constructive review on Google. Our table (of seven) was served pasta entrees an entire 30-35 mins before my plain cheese pizza. When a member of my party voiced our frustration to the waitress, she was argued with and told that was “how it goes.” We weren’t asking for a refund, just a simple apology! For the first time in our lives, we chose to forgo tipping, as our service went out of their way to treat us poorly.
My boyfriend disclosed this unprofessionalism to the owner of the establishment, Vince Tacconelli, by way of Instagram DM. While initially “understanding,” he then proceeded to badger my boyfriend into removing the review; even calling him through Instagram at 8 AM this morning to “sort it out.” Given that he was at work, my boyfriend ignored this frankly bizarre behavior until Vince sent the message below, accusing us of lying about our experience in his restaurant and subsequently banning us. As if we’d ever return! Wouldn’t give another red penny to this guy and you shouldn’t either. Perhaps he should pay his workers better instead of guilting dissatisfied customers into giving tips that aren’t deserved.

I've wanted tacconellis for a while. Ordered on line. Definitely disappointed. White pizza with sausage,too well done. I normally order from Somerset in Philly. Big difference hardly any sausage 😞
Not bad. Not amazing either. Pizza LOOKS great, cooked very well; crisp, thin, No flop to speak of, good quality toppings, but lacking flavor. No flavor in the crust or the sauce. Overall lacking salt. Pasta on the menu sounded amazing, but what came out was like a fancy Mac n cheese. Nothing to write home about. Great place to have a party for sure though! Vibey, hip, low light Italian joint, bring some drinks and eat Za's with your friends.

This is really the only relevant Pizza in South Jersey and probably within 30 to 50 miles.
Everything they make here is exquisite. I've gotten the pasta at the Maple shade location and I pretty much just gotten pizza and salad and haddonfield. Both are exceptional and absolutely perfect and everything that you get.
Love the family, love everybody in here. 10 for 10 recommend.
