I was in the market for a new coffee machine with timer settings and the ability to make a very good, consistent pot of coffee. I called 1st In Coffee and spoke to their customer service department and was given multiple choices of what I could purchase. I picked one and received it the next business day via UPS. It was a piece of cake to set up and it worked perfectly and did exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely do business with these guys again.

We received an item that was damaged during shipment. They initially offered to replace the part, but due to the machine they graciously agreed to return the item. The staff have been in constant communication n the return status. I would highly recommend using them for all high end coffee machine purchases.

I have purchased, at least four Jura espresso machines from this business. I have purchased for friends, my offices, and my homes.The customer service is stellar. The recommendations have all been solid. I have bought three Jura E8 machines and I’ve had zero problems with all three machines. The latest Jura E8 arrived with a small crack in the plastic reservoir. I called, and received a new reservoir within 2 business days. Unbelievably Fast.Many years ago, my first Jura machine needed serviced. The service was very quick and very professional.I won’t buy from box stores or malls.

They sold me a defective rancilio silvia espresso machine and told me I had to ship it back to NJ. after telling me it wasn't defective. I highly recommend buying one directly from the company and not here. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. No stars wasn't an option. They ripped me off!

I felt I was bothering the male owner by asking questions about the two different espresso machines I was interested in. All I wanted was some basic information as to why he preferred Jura vs DeLonghi. He was short and rude, so I spent $1,500 at Costco (AMAZING deals).

I have been shopping with 1st in Coffee for 3 years since I first bought my Jura. One day, I had had enough. Life is too short for bad coffee. So I contacted 1st in Coffee and they were so helpful in picking out my machine and answered my questions. I continue to order my supplies directly from them and they always arrive on time without problem. I am now living my best life, well, at least espresso-wise.

I was doing an online purchase and noticed the website stated Lowest Price guarantee. During my initial research I found another website had the same product for $100 less. I called 1st in Coffee to ask about matching the price. The man was rude, laughed and said no way because the website isn't an authorized dealer. I understand the reason but the rudeness was completely unnecessary. I continued my research and found another company with the same refurbished product at $109 less and they were more informative. I felt if my simple phone call resulted in bad customer service then doing business would have the same outcome. I am in customer service myself and first impressions are everything.

Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this awful company that does not stand behind the quality of product that they sell. In less than a year, this is the 4th time that my machine has been to the service department that they sent me to, now it's 2 weeks out of warranty, and James Smith ran out excuses and just hung up.
