The food is always fresh and delicious, employees gives great customer service. I love the cleanliness and mood. I highly recommend this spot.

Was there for a party food was good but service was terrible. We could not get soda, bread plus they forgot to bring the salad to the table. We asked 3 waiters for the salad course and it never came out all other tables got the salad but us. The owners really need to work with this staff because the food was good but would never go back do to service

Recently ordered filet mignon. It was not! It looked like it was cut from a roast. It wasn't even tender as prime rib. My wife ordered bronzini. I believe it was grilled tilapia.

Easily one of the best restaurants in the area by far and it is not even close. Ive been a million times and the food has always been phenomenal, along with the service. Not to mention, the atmosphere and the restaurant itself was great.

Nice atmosphere! Great drinks! Food is pricey and not consistent!! In my opinion! Maybe they just had an off day!!! It's definitely worth a try because everyone has different tastes. i cook and maybe I'm just a lil picky when I go out. Owner should smile more! Lol

Ordered a chicken parmesan for take out and the chicken parmesan had virtually no sauce and just cheese they also forgot my side of mashed potatoes. Its a shame because this place used to serve the best chicken parmesan. I would not recommend take out from this place. this is not the first time I've been disappointed by the quality of service recently.
Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews on here but this place was so DISCRIMINATORY, DISRESPECTFUL, and SLOW, that I felt compelled to. When my girlfriend and I first walked up, we were ignored, while the hostess came over to seat the couple that arrived AFTER us. When she came to seat them, she sat us as well. I was wearing all black and a leather jacket. My girlfriend was wearing a black ripped skirt. Although we weren't in our Sunday best per say, we were far from inappropriately dressed, but I guess because we looked a little different, our money wasn't considered green enough for Brioso.Upon being sat down (right next to a loud party tent while there were four other empty tables a reasonable distance away that they later sat older, "better dressed" folks at), we asked, since we were sat in the shadiest spot, if they could turn on the propane heater. They ignored this request, and I heard one of the waitresses mumbling about there being no propane. Clearly this was a lie, as even though they never acknowledged our request, as we were leaving, they turned it on for a family that sat down next to it.We waited almost a half hour to be even asked if we wanted drinks. The manager greeted everyone EXCEPT us (flamboyant man with blonde hair), we had to ask THREE TIMES for more water, the bread was clearly over a day old, and each and every table that sat AFTER us was served BEFORE us. When I finally asked for the check, we waited almost another half hour for that. It got to the point that I had to go inside to give them the check. I NEVER EVER write reviews, but this place really rubbed me the wrong way. I imagine the Staten Island one is less discriminatory, but they'll never get my business so I'll never find out.As for the food: it was OK. For a Staten Island-based Italian restaurant though, a little disappointing. Pork was almost raw, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait another six hours for them to bring it back. The drinks were the only thing that were REALLY good. My bourbon manhattan was perfect and so was my girlfriend's spritz. Bartender seems to be the only one who knows what they're doing, and thats not a good enough reason to return. Truly a subpar experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Brioso. The food is excellent, the aervice is wonderful, and they were doing an amazing job with social distancing and reservations.I cannot think of a single drawback.
