Upon arrival it was great but once we were seated and given our drinks it went down hill, George our waiter gave us terrible service, he came around 2 or 3 times throughout our dinner, he wispered underneath his breath and when it came to paying he didn’t do it correctly and messed up the whole check. We asked to have all separate checks before ordering our meals, after handing the check to us it was all on one bill. After asking him TWICE if he could do all separate checks, George got a little rude. After paying we asked to speak to a manager and they helped a lot, and explained why our checks went through the way they did. Overall I hope something is done about this and will definitely not be coming back. Me and my party were excited to eat here because usually the service is great, and the food is amazing but today it was the totally opposite the boneless wings tasted like they sat there all day, and the fries were cold. under NO circumstances should your server/waiter be disrespectful even on late nights like this.

GEORGE was an awful waitress ( yes waitress because he was acting like a female). he whispered under his breath multiple times and. got very rude with us when we asked for separate checks at the end because AT THE BEGINNING of our experience we all told him who was on who’s check but when he gave us our full tables check he denied us telling him that. No matter how late it is you would think your waitress would have some respect and try and make the experience good for ALL PARTIES but george didn’t and it was probably the worst experience i have ever had going out, he was AWFUL

I called the store ahead of time to ask what time they stopped seating, and I was told 12:15. When I arrived, the hostess was about to seat me and my friends, but then another employee with dreads told us the kitchen was closed and that they were no longer seating anyone. I don’t understand why this location advertises closing at 1:00 a.m. if customers arriving at 12:00 -12:09 aren’t being seated. The experience was confusing and frustrating, especially after being given different information over the phone. Do you actually want customers at that hour ?

I had a send off for my son a couple of days before he left for Air Force basic training, in November. It was a group of about 50 people. I gave the manager, Rich a heads up a couple of weeks earlier. He was amazing, even coming in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly for me. His staff, Arman (probably misspelled, apologies) and Brendan, were very attentive to our group, always making sure we had everything needed. Wings were delicious! All the food came out fresh, all the staff was friendly and helpful. I can say that I’m happy I chose BWW for this event, and recommend it for casual bigger groups like I had, with of course, advance notice to the manager.

I just came off of a 24-hour fast. White bread would have been delicious, but somehow these wings still managed to be awful. How do you even mess wings up?
I don't usually write reviews - good or bad, but those wings were just terrible.
Edit - This is the next day. I came back because I thought the restaurant and the customers should know what my experience actually was. So I ordered 10 wings, which they separate into two different five wing containers. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk (I think that's what it's called) - disgusting by the way.. and salt and vinegar dry rub, which I remember being really good. So here's what happened:
They took what seemed to be 3-day-old rock hard wings stored in a barrel, and threw them in the fryer for a minute - then dumped the 5 reheated, plain, old wings into one container and 5 into the other. The chef then seemed to have grabbed a handful of salt and vinegar seasoning and just dropped it on top. So the seasoning was mainly on the first two wings and scattered all throughout the bottom - leaving them either overpoweringly seasoned or not seasoned at all.
Same with the Caribbean jerk or whatever it was called. It seems that the chef poured a ladle of the disgusting sauce directly on top of the old reheated wings. This resulted similarly to the other box of wings - 2 of the top wings were drenched in the terrible sauce while the rest of the terrible sauce (about a half inch thick of it) was just pooled on the bottom with half of the three bottom wings soaking in that soup on one side and sitting perfectly dry old and crusty on the top side.

Ordered here from the app three times now since moving. All 3 times my order has been wrong/prepared poorly. Love Buffalo Wild Wings, but will not stop coming to this location.

The portions are not nowhere near what you paying for. Literally got about 6-7 Beer-Battered Onion Rings for almost $9 dollars. The Potato Wedges were also very small in portion size barely made it to half of the container in portion for paying $7 dollars. I got this through Doordash some places over charge fine expected when you order through those platforms but offer proper portions if you want people to pay for overpriced food. Also did not receive the Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie. We spent over 130 dollars on this order and portions in person arent like this so we should expected the same for take out.

My go to place. I love the Caribbean jerk. The wings are small, but the sauce is irreplaceable. The fries often come out cold, so you have to ask for them to be fresh and as an appetizer.
