By far, the worst Burger King location. People working here don't know customer service. The nuggets and chicken burger were overcooked and the Fries were cold.

The people running this place are very efficient and pleasant. They actually talk to you and make you feel at home. Of course the royal chicken sandwich and double whoppers were terrific. And the fries are actually the best. Better than McDonald’s or Chik Fila. Really. They actually taste like potatoes. Sooo good and they stayed hot! Going back soon!

The man working drive through at 10:30 pm on 6/28/25 was SO RUDE, and yelled numerous times. Pulled of because i wasn’t eating anything he made after that..smh sounded like he was having a mental breakdown!
I recently went here with my friends and my one friend purchased the tricolor meal which includes the collectors cup according to the signs and advertisements. When he received a regular cup he politely asked for the collectors cup and the employee, named Segundo pointed to the $1.49 sign to add it to a regular meal which I understand sometimes people can misread signs or misunderstand but when my friend pointed to the part of the sign that said “included in tricolor meal”, the worker pointed back to the $1.49 sign that said “add to any other meal” and proceeded to laugh at him. Our food orders were also incorrect after that. I’m not normally one to care that much over something like this but the amount of obnoxious behavior rubbed me the wrong way.

EVERYTIME I COME MY ORDER IS WRONG. Ordered 2 melts got 2 jr burgers. Another time I asked for no ketchup & just cheese. No cheese, with ketchup, & everything on it.

Only came for impossible whopper for me, always brought my family of 4. It has been discontinued so I won't be back. Was nothing special outside of having the only vegan fast food option, now it doesn't have that.

Should just close this location and open something else here, they take 15 minutes to get out 1 sandwich when there’s not even other cars there and then that sandwich is half cooked. Service also sucks, guy gives attitude and tells you to go away from the window to wait, and don’t be fooled and think it’s because there was a line waiting behind me.
