If there was a way to rate this place 0 stars, I would. Eating here was a mistake. As asians, my friend and I felt very uncomfortable. Got strange looks from the servers and workers. When we walked in, almost all of them gave both of us very weird looks. The servers who served us approached us in a very off-putting way. Literally walked towards us nervously and like we were lepers. Our servers looked like they were in college, so I can understand immature behavior from them. But, I have a cane and a brace because of an injury I got a while ago… I heard snickering as I left the bathroom. The rest of the staff looked at least 25+ years of age. Quite disappointing. Never eating here ever again. Food wasn’t even good enough to reconsider. Overpriced for subpar food and judgmental service.

I do not eat a lot of meat, so I'm picky about my hamburgers. If I am going to eat a Hamburger, it needs to worth it. This is my favorite local place to get a delicious burger. I usually get the Napa because it has fig jelly, Bleu cheese, sauteed oniins, and lettuce. I like my burgers rare, amd they actually cook it rare. It is moist amd perfectly seasoned. The brioche bun is always fresh. My friend ordered onion rings on this particular trip. I tried them, and they were good. I do not eat a lot of deep fried foods, though.They have great milkshakes here, too.

It’s the staff I walked in most of the staff were sitting on their phones a table across from me no greeting only one cashier and the manager which is very unusual to me considering it’s a dine in restaurant and I wasn’t the only one eating but manager super helpful but definitely won’t be returning

Ordered a burger and fries through Uber eats burger did not show up so all I got for lunch was french fries and they didn’t even refund the french fries. The french fries were soggy and inedible, but I still had to pay for them plus the delivery charge plus the tip. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never order from these people again.

Haven’t been here in a long time. But we wanted burgers not from a “fast food” place. Ordered two burgers, half and half(onion rings and fries) boneless wings and mac and cheese.Half of the fries were raw and the ones that were cooked were tasteless as well as the onion rings. The max and cheese was ice cold, not even room temperature. The boneless wing meat, the meat was harder than an actual bone. The burger pretzel buns literally fell apart and was too big for the meat. $61 dollars for this meal was a waste!! Would have been better going to McD’s.
