Rude people working there. Completely messed up my order. Did not put lid on all the way, spilled all over me. Refused to give my money back. Would not let me speak to a manager. Refused to give me a name and phone number of the manager.

My fiancé ordered food for me through door dash. Bagel was stale, no buttered. Then my bacon was raw. It’s a shame I go there all the time. I had to throw my whole order away even the coffee it was all milk. Never door dash again I can tell you that.

I like Dunkin but prices at this location are consistently 20%+ higher vs other Dunkins in the area. For example, dozen donuts are 15.99 here but 12.99 at another nearby Dunkin.

The stop behind the counter was very pleasant, but I ordered cold brew with the sweet cream. I basically gave handed an iced coffee with the sweet cream mixed in it thoroughly I said that’s not what I ordered. I ordered these at a different Dunkin’ Donuts, and there was phenomenal so he does my drink and gives me an iced coffee with the sweet cream on top. It was supposed to be the cold brew. I got this water down tasting coffee for almost 6 dollars never again.

I order once a week, on the app, when I am in that area. I order a coffee and a muffin each time. When I go inside to pickup my order, the coffee is there, but no muffin. Each time I have to wait for them to grab the muffin. It is to the point, that they see my face and go grab the muffin. Just put the muffin with the coffee!! Bad service!
