My fiancé ordered food for me through door dash. Bagel was stale, no buttered. Then my bacon was raw. It’s a shame I go there all the time. I had to throw my whole order away even the coffee it was all milk. Never door dash again I can tell you that.

I like Dunkin but prices at this location are consistently 20%+ higher vs other Dunkins in the area. For example, dozen donuts are 15.99 here but 12.99 at another nearby Dunkin.

Very nice manager or owner, I believe who was helpful when another store was dishonest. This store solved my issue and was very informative and helped even though he didn't have to. Excellent service!!! Thank you, sir!!

The stop behind the counter was very pleasant, but I ordered cold brew with the sweet cream. I basically gave handed an iced coffee with the sweet cream mixed in it thoroughly I said that’s not what I ordered. I ordered these at a different Dunkin’ Donuts, and there was phenomenal so he does my drink and gives me an iced coffee with the sweet cream on top. It was supposed to be the cold brew. I got this water down tasting coffee for almost 6 dollars never again.

I order once a week, on the app, when I am in that area. I order a coffee and a muffin each time. When I go inside to pickup my order, the coffee is there, but no muffin. Each time I have to wait for them to grab the muffin. It is to the point, that they see my face and go grab the muffin. Just put the muffin with the coffee!! Bad service!

Ordered curbside and for the 3rd time, they just never bother bringing your order out. Finally dragged my sleeping kids inside and my sandwich was soggy and missing cheese.

Horrible workers there. I ask for a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and every time get plain cream cheese. Ask for extra cheese with egg make sure it’s melted w toasted bagel get one slice of non melted cheese and a cold non toasted bagel. I don’t know if it’s a lack of English, stupidity or not knowing how to work the machines, or both. But this is a simple job that seems too complex for the individuals hired and they could care less to do their job well
