This is the norm now. Very bad business practice to cheat your customers. A large clhot coffee is 20 oz on more than one occasion I was given 12oz in a large cup. I went back one day and showed them that I ordered a large and was given the amount of a medium. Without a word to me, she remade the coffee and handed to me, again no words spoken. Not, I’m sorry, nothing. I was shorted 6 oz of coffee each time. Over thousands of customers, that adds up and a profit for them.

Workers are very disrespectful. My husband went to this Dunkin literally the day. I’m writing this review. I’m actually still in the parking lot.. The workers got a disgusting attitude at our form of payment didn’t want to scan our code and then gave him a burnt ass croissant when he approached them about the food. The workers yelled at his face, didn’t give them their identification, so we can talk to their supervisor and also made a serious allegation yelling that she was a minor throughout the whole store that could’ve ended up very badly for my husband. And then they proceeded to call the cops on us because we wanted a refund. When I went in the store to approach them On their disgusting attitude, they got even more disrespectful and then have the nerve to lock us out while the cops were talking to us. Just for them to look completely stupid because they were completely in the wrong.

My fiancé ordered food for me through door dash. Bagel was stale, no buttered. Then my bacon was raw. It’s a shame I go there all the time. I had to throw my whole order away even the coffee it was all milk. Never door dash again I can tell you that.
I like Dunkin but prices at this location are consistently 20%+ higher vs other Dunkins in the area. For example, dozen donuts are 15.99 here but 12.99 at another nearby Dunkin.
