They fill drinks halfway. You order two large coffees and they give you enough coffee in both cups, to fill one large cup. Its a total scam to order $20 worth of food / drinks to get maybe a quarter of your moneys worth.

I do not understand why it’s so hard to listen to customers . I tell you guys all the time decaf in my drinks . You constantly mess up my drinks . The person taking orders appears confused . I have to tell him 3x the drink name. I always tell you guys decaf . I can not have caffeine in my drinks and it ca cause heart problems. Going to look up your dm and hash this out

The donut (pumpkin for the fall of course) was delish as usual and the cold brew, the same. Service was fast (ordered through the app) and order was correct. Ambiance was fine, like any other yet to be recently renovated Dunkin. It was a tad dirty when I went but the staff was quick to clean the sitting area. Good location for me after church.

This Dunkin franchisee is cheap with the ingredients directed by Dunkin drink recipes. When paying for drinks with large margins, their frugalness is offensive, especially when they already charge extras for extras such as almond milk. They lost a customer in spite of proximity to me because of their inability to follow the franchisor recipe. 1 of 3 Dunkins I won't go to around here because of their cheapness with ingredients. If you like your coffee black, no issues. If not, go elsewhere.

I bought home one of there coffee Co Latta and it tasted terrible even my mom said that it wasn't sweet and not only that there was no doughnuts there none and there is kids working there to when I got home and tried to call them nobody answered me I'm leaving it as one star thank you
