Went through the drive thru and asked for two minutes to decide what we wanted. The lady in the drive thru told us to hurry up because there’s one person behind us waiting. It hadn’t even been a minute. Never heard of a worker rushing customers to make a decision. Very unprofessional and this isn’t the first time.

Dunkin went through a makeover and it is working. The drive in is quick and easy. Got the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Solid. The green tea is always on point too. Would come back to this location. 3 stars.

Trust me that if I could give this place 0 stars I would but I can’t so it gets 1 I guess. I tried to order an iced signature latte with cold foam instead of the standard whipped cream, but the guy ridiculed me and told me “a latte has espresso and milk”. Um yeah I got that sir. So I tried to politely correct him and tell him i asked for iced and he continued to be confused and rude so I just left thanks!

Literally the worst workers, I came 2 days in a row for a Caramel latte and both times it tasted like garbage water, not even sweet like what do they think a caramel latte is? They don’t even know their own menu they just make coffee and call it a day lmaooo. Hasbrowns always stale, if you tell them well done they burn it like bro who is gunna eat a hard hash brown and they cheap on the ketchup they never give it, why I gotta ask for ketchup when you know damn well that’s what people eat it with. ( well done means cook a little longer not 2x longer you lora!!) Don’t work here if you don’t know how to or don’t want to smh. Do us all a favor don’t bring that work ethic to America.

I am new to this area so come here 2x a day. Nasty attitudes and always think they are correct when the customer let's them know their mistake. I order strawberry refresher everyday and I always ask for less green tea because they use so much ice it makes it extremely watered down and by the time I drink it it's no longer a strawberry refresher. I hate coming here but no others close to me. when I ask for them to pour some out and add more strawberry flavor they get nasty and rude. The coffee is never stirred and it taste burnt after 10 am. I also think they are racist I don't get a friendly service even when I tell them to have a great day. Woman with the red lipstick thinks she's running the joint.
