When you get to your destination and give the food out, your lucky if only 1 item is missing. Coffee instead of tea? Wouldnt be the first time. Today was the last day, rather travel a few extra miles.

This Dunkin franchisee is cheap with the ingredients directed by Dunkin drink recipes. When paying for drinks with large margins, their frugalness is offensive, especially when they already charge extra for extras such as almond milk. They lost a customer in spite of proximity to me because of their inability to follow the franchisor recipe. 1 of 3 Dunkins I won't go to around here because of their cheapness with ingredients. The DDs around here have zero customer service. For years coming here (but no longer), I don't think I've heard a \\\"thank you, enjoy your day\\\" type response from the counter people. I went there around 4pm, The lady who work there she looked like South Eastern Asian, seems like she is manager or lead. She was rude in customer service process.She was responding with very aggressive and high voice when I asked for small black coffee and glazed. When I asked she replied “Whatttt you want?” In a rude way, thats definitely not a proper behavior for a customer service job
Went for breakfast on a Sunday. Ate in. Friendly staff and the space is clean enough to dine in.
