There's an easily missed sign on the drive thru saying "NJ law says you must ask for a straw we can't just give you one" so naturally, since this is both bizarre and untrue, I drove away without a straw from a restaurant that basically specializes in drinks. Had to turn around and either go inside or go back around the drive thru for a straw? I've been living in NJ for 15 years and have never once had a drive thru not automatically give a straw for a drink that needed one. Very very very bizarre and inconvenient choice by management/ownership. The food and drink were totally great though good job to the employees working, you guys are all-stars!

I keep trying to give this place a chance. However, they keep the doors locked in the morning and EVERY time I order a triple chocolate chip muffin, it's like a rock. It is stale and hard. Think I'm done going there. Go to manalapan or further down on 18, don't waste your money here. I have a friend that owns multiple chains in Long Island and he told me his muffins are made fresh everyday. Clearly this is not the case here.

It seems that the owner doesnt want to properly staff the store, they keep the doors locked and only the drive thru open. The manager is absolutely phenomenal and doing his best, but ownership should be giving him more staff to run the store

The store is closed. They are taking mobile orders and it is impossible to get a refund through the mobile app. Do not play some mobile order with the store unless you are standing in there and you see employees working because this is criminal.

I used to come here all the time. This time, I was not impressed at all. Took their time in the drive-thru, got my oder wrong.. good thing I noticed. It was early in the morning, how font you have French curlers? Very upset tbh, I might as well drive 2 more minutes down the street and get greater service!

Every single time we go to this Dunkin’ Donuts there’s no staff at night, but one single girl, and not only is it irresponsible of the business owners to leave a young girl by herself to do everything in the store, including closing it down, but it is also taxing on the customer to have to wait extra time because there is only one person on that shift. As a parent and a small business owner myself, I find it very disturbing that this business owner runs his business this way. I am so turned off by the business practices employed at this location and felt the need to share publicly to draw attention for change.
