I had just driven over 2 hours from Philly. Ran to the bathroom right away. Jack could sense the urgency and directed me right away. Asked if the bathroom was clean, it most certainly was. I'm already impressed. I've only been to JMs maybe 4 times. Manan made my sub. We discussed hot ham. I was like no way. He let me try it. Both were so sociable and friendly. Well mannered young men. They're doing your establishment proud. I'll definitely be back!!!

So…. I’ve left reviews because I’ve had plenty of really good sandwiches from here. But for some reason tonight?? THIS sandwich was so good I wanted to smoke a cigarette afterwards!!😆😆And I wasn’t starving or anything. The meat and veggies are always nice and fresh. But tonight was different!! The staff is always pleasant and efficient. They’re young but very on point and seem to really enjoy what they do! Thank you Pumpkins!! You guys made my night!!😁😁😁

To start off, I ordered a blt toasted with provolone cheese. Made sure to state it TWICE so they can remember since there was a lot of people. I got no cheese and the guy said it was toasted, but it was ice cold & the bread was completely soft on the outside. Secondly, I made sure to ask for no tomatoes on the italian i ordered because my dad hated tomatoes. The guy never informed the other person who was making it so I just reminded the guy twice to make sure there was none. Soon to behold, they put tomatoes. I’m bewildered at how HORRIBLE their service was. Ive been to so many jersey mikes around new jersey and this is the first one that has completely messed up everything. Waste of money if i couldn’t get what i wanted for such a high price.

Zack (not sure if the name is right) he was a shift leader and Ben where fantastic. Walked in zack knew what I normally order which surprised me. They were both extremely friendly and personal. Working in a customer service industry myself, these young men showed great customer service with a great work ethic which is hard to find now a days. Well know keep up the good work.

My mother came in a couple weeks ago and was treated very rudely. As soon as she walked in there was a kid getting a drink instead of helping her. He treated her very rude and gave her a lot of attitude as well as the person who sliced her sandwich.

08/14/25 @ 6:45pm. Anthony, the shift leader, was very helpful and took care of us with a smile. He was quick and knew what he was doing. He spoke to my child and not to us when asking what she wanted. I respect that. The food was done perfectly and quickly. Will definitely be coming back.
I've had tons of bad experiences with this place. The employee Kyle is extremely rude and unprofessional. A family member also told the owner what happened and wasn't even offered a sandwich as compensation. We will be avoiding this location. The ingredients are never fresh and they're always the bottom of the tray as well. The reviews of this place don't lie. You could see a lot of people talk about the rudeness.

This place sucks now these kids don’t even know how to make subs paid so much for extra things in my sandwiches and never got it. The kids are ALWAYS playing around. Bad business here never I will come again.

One of the teenagers putting toppings on my sub today was EXTREMELY rude and brash to me, and rushed my order, this is not my typical Jersey Mikes experience and very disappointed in the service. Along with that, while I was eating my sub in the store I could very clearly hear racial remarks in the back room pertaining to the hatred of an Indian.
