Five star all the way .. Grilled chicken mozzarella, roasted peppers and mushrooms on a wrap , Toast toast .. Top shelf n one of the best .. Sign out in front with a big fruit salad on it .. Asked for a small fruit salad , she said that was only for catering , I was like OK no big deal .. When she brought my food out, There was a small salad on my plate .. she went out of her way to give me a small food salad anyway .. That’s going out of your way to please your customer .. 🙏🏻 For the people that don’t know n never ran a business , It’s hard ! On top of dealing with the public, but the high cost of product today . They are there to make a profit to continue doing good and being available for us If you got a problem, go see the manager ! Don’t blast them so fast and hurt their business .. If you took care of it the right way they would’ve given your money back and apologized .. I’m sure .. Your feedback in person will make them a better place .. The government makes our life hard enough to live .. Be a solution, not a problem ..

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. There was one egg on it the cheese and bacon wasn’t much so mostly bread and it was $9.00 Not worth the money

Not a place to stop for a QUICK order. 10 am on a Saturday and they didn't have many bagels to choose from. The coffee stirrers don't reach the bottom of the coffee cup. The milk and creamer are put into used Gatorade bottles.
The coffee and bagels that we did eat were pretty good .
Google registered 16 minutes total but I'm pretty sure it was more like 20 minutes wait time for 2 bagels with cream cheese.

Recently checked out Joe’s Bagel and Grill in Robertsville, NJ—and honestly, I’m confused by all the hate. Yeah, I saw the reviews complaining about pricing, gluten-free “gouging,” and service, but that wasn’t our experience at all.

We tried the gluten-free options since my partner needs them, and everything was solid. Staff were super friendly—smiling, helpful, just genuinely nice people. I went back-to-back on Friday and Saturday, no issues either time. Food was great, service was fast, and the vibe was good.

Sure, like anyone, I’d love for life to be cheaper—but I actually think the pricing here is fair for the area and the quality. It’s a bagel shop, not a mortgage payment. People in these reviews need to chill.

I must have told the person behind the counter four times please no ketchup on my food.

They still managed screw up .... An egg and cheese salt, pepper and mayonnaise, I specifically said no ketchup and those sandwiches had a ton of ketchup on them which . I unfortunately paid and didn't hBe time for them to remake.
Very disappointed. Well I just noticed the 3.5 start reviews anyway

Last year I had an issue here didn’t come back. But today I said let me give them another chance. I wanted a dozen bagels. There was flies all over the bagels. I said to the lady there’s flies everywhere. She didn’t care. I said no thank you. I don’t think anyone wants any kind of flies on or in their food. She made it sound like it wasn’t a big deal. Well I went on Facebook and asked people. Everyone said find another bagel store. Really disgusting. Again no one wants fruit flies in their cream cheese or egg sandwich.

We have ordered Joe's a few times for work here at Holmdel Veterinary Clinic and we always love it. The food is so delicious. P.S- for those of you who complain about pricing. It is 2024 & if you think a sandwich is going to be less than $9... Well your delulu.
