This is my first time trying this place, and I highly DO NOT recommend it. I’ve ordered 4 different bubble teas and all of it DID NOT meet expectation. My orders were bland, and he didn’t even put enough Sagos/ bubbles. I’m not quite sure if it’s deliberate because the staff was extremely rude, he acted like he was rudely interrupted from his napping. Obviously, he didn’t care about his job. He could have easily charge me for Large ones but since he didn’t ask what size I wanted; therefore, he just assumed to charge me for Medium which he actually did me a favor because I couldn’t even finish the medium because it was that BAD. The sagos were chewy old, and mango drink tasted like mango canned juice filled with water and lychee at the bottom. Which I could have easily make myself at home and save myself from getting aggravated with that staff’s attitude. So when I called him out for his LYING because my drink actually comes in Large size too but he told me all my order only comes in medium sizes. Perhaps, he was still half asleep.
I hope the owner of this franchise reconsider giving this staff guy a lesson 101 on improving his customer service skill, or provide him a rundown AGAIN of the menu because black tiger milk also comes in Large. He doesn’t seem that he can tolerate his job so why keep someone like that who will cost losing customer. So whoever is reading my review, I suggest not to support this establishment because the drinks are not special. It doesn’t taste fresh as the website claims. Who knows that staff guy could have been the owner that’s why he acted like the way he did just because he CAN so hopefully who ever is reading this let’s not support bad behavior. Save your money and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

The Black Tiger milk tea is good! 👌 This is one of the few places that makes the right Boba cooked. I wish, Mr. Wish you can pur a little bit more brown sugar for large size order. 😊

Poor experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for an extra straw, and they flat-out refused stating that this is NJ law. Poor customer service. Won’t be coming back.

The boy taking our order was extremely rude. My diabetic mom asked for no sugar and he proceeded to give us a chai latte with 60% sugar. It even said it on the label. He refused to remake it and said all milk teas have 0 sugar which is obviously not true. Drive the 10 mins and go to king fu tea up the road.

It’s been months that every time I go to this store I’ve always told that there’s no hot drinks being sold. Before, the worker said the machine is broken. Today, I was told that they can only make hot tea when his boss is there which was really odd. I just want to know if you guys are ever gonna have any hot drinks available for customers especially that it is now winter.

I come here all the time and am always greeted by the nicest people, and always get the matcha milk for myself, the black tiger milk for my sister, and the strawberry sherbet for my youngest sister. I loved this place because it was so different from other places, in that it tasted authentic and thick. However this time, the matcha was literally the worst i’ve ever had from anywhere and the strawberry sherbet separated as soon as I got in the car, and my sister refused to drink it because it tasted so bad. The black tiger milk was just okay. But the matcha tasted literally tasted like water with a hint of matcha powder and left a terrible aftertaste. It was really disappointing. Maybe they changed the recipe or something, but I literally came here a few days ago and it was the best. I literally never leave bad reviews on places and feel terrible for leaving this one, but this is a really expensive place, so I hope the manager or owner retrains whoever was working today because god… the two people working at 5:00 on Saturday really messed it up, and I’m a college kid who can’t afford to just spend $40 on a family order that nobody will end up drinking :(

Used to love getting my bubble drink from this place. We came back a day ago and ordered the hot taro which was my favorite here. We were very disappointed that the Asian guy was not there anymore. The hot taro tasted like just milk with a spoonful of taro. He did not even blend it at all. What a shame and what a waste of money. 👎

I used to love this place but hadn’t visited in a while. With so many boba places and so little time, it took me a bit to return. Recently, we came back and ordered Pineapple Tea with Fresh Pulp and Red Bean Pudding Milk Tea.
The Pineapple Tea with Fresh Pulp was ordered at 0% sugar because the staff said it was sweet enough on its own. Trust me, it’s not. You should order it with at least 30% sugar. The ice level was quite high, so ask for less ice; otherwise, you’ll finish the drink too quickly. These are my personal preferences, which is why I didn’t love it.
Now, for my main concern: the pudding in the Red Bean Pudding Milk Tea wasn’t the right color. It wasn’t consistently vibrant yellow; some parts had a brown or grayish hue. However, the red beans were perfectly cooked—soft but not squishy, and not hard like I’ve had at other places.
After we ordered and sat down, the manager left, and one of the employees hopped onto the counter where they serve the tea and sat there. For health and sanitary reasons, this is a code violation and quite disgusting.

The place is run with total apathy and incompetence. Most orders are not delivered or wrong. It's a shame the tea isn't bad . That's why I kept trying as long as I did.
