Went to Mr. Wish in Marlboro just past 7:30 and it was closed. Disappointed because the sign said it was open until 8:00. Notice the sign with hours and time on phone. C’mon guys do better.

The drinks were fine, unlike the service. The person who assisted us was a bit rude, and acted passive-aggressive. We had to remind him to make a drink sugar free, although we said it twice while ordering. One of the people with us is diabetic, so the drink being sugar free was very important. He ignored when we requested 60% sugar in one of the drinks, and could never hear us. All the other baristas we encountered during other times we came here were very nice and friendly. This place was ok overall, and this is the first time I've had to write a bad review.

Worst service. The staff here are just miserable with no customer service skills. I can't hear half of the words the guy says.

My favorite bubble tea place around. Every time I go to the Asian food store next door I stop and get a bubble tea for me and the kids to share. We'll get a fruit tea and a milk tea and usually try to get it less sweet than they would make it. Everything is good there. Warning, their taro, which they do tell you up front, is not the typical artificial tasting one but it's more original to how rare tastes, they include the starchy pieces of taro and it almost feels gritty and lumpy. That wasn't what I expected and I got it for my husband and he was not a fan. The fruit teas taste so fresh and have fresh fruit. Overall good and a nice place to get a treat after shopping

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The bubble tea is the best in the area! The smoothies are great too. They use real fruit and not artificial flavoring like some places do. Same for the tea-they don’t use a powder it’s real tea. My favorites are the pearl milk tea-no ice, peach sunset smoothie, strawberry sherbet, and mango smoothie with pearls.

The drink is very delicious, I have been coming to Mr Wish for a while, and I always love the boba milk tea here.**** I came on July 4th and served by the guy. It’s not the first time, I have the bad service with him. That’s not good for the business. I think they should train employees how to treat the customer.

My family and I are at the asian store literally every week and after we go next door to Mr. Wish… Outside of who I assume is the owner a majority of the ones that work there are some of the laziest most miserable people I have ever seen. When you ask them to make something on their menu half the time they don’t have the ingredients. I worked in customer service for nearly a decade with people like this and they simply just don’t want to do it.. If it wasn’t so convenient being next door to the place I frequent I would never come here.

This review is about the menu choices. The website talks about being a healthier choice and I was hopeful they had vegan milk alternatives. I called them and no one answered the phone. It was only 8 minutes away from where I was so I decided to make the trip and see. They were open but busy so I guess that is why no one answered the phone. They had no vegan milks. I was hoping a place with healthier choices would at least have soy milk available. The place looked clean and nice but for vegan people who wanted milk tea and not fruit tea, it is not an option. The fruit tea is vegan but the milk tea is my favorite and I have had this many times in NYC with a vegan milk alternative. Please consider adding this as an alternative. Thank you!

Inconsistent drinks every time we go, today got 1 drink with spoiled rotten red bean topping and a 2nd drink extremely sour mango smoothie. Will not be back.

clean location with nice decor! I got the oolong milk tea with 60% sugar and boba. i was impressed by how soft the boba was! be aware there are some drinks with "tea" at the end, but I overheard the worker telling a customer that the drink did not actually have any tea in is. If you are getting a fruity drink as opposed to a milk tea it would be good to clarify this! this is not my favorite bubble tea place but it definitely satisfied my craving. it's also close to a dim sum (crown palace) and an asian supermarket!
