Love the space, view, openness. Food takes 30 min regardless of how busy they are....There are some girls in the front that are an absolute delight but one or two clearly work in the back for a reason.

Over Easy is a little hidden jem amid a sea of blase breakfast nooks in Marlboro, NJ. I went on a Saturday morning for my birthday brunch and it was the highlight of my special day. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and walked under boughs of bright purple flowers strung over head that decorated the ceiling on the way to our table. Our server Paul was wonderful! Polite and professional he was so attentive and answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. Coffee and cappuccino were everything we hoped for. Rich, creamy and delectable. But the food was even more amazing. Fluffy, 2-inch thick omlettes that were freshly made stuffed with garden spinach and feta. Perfectly sautéed potatoes on the side. The best part? They offer gluten free toast and pancakes that were better than any I've ever had. Oh and the coffee mugs are for sale 😊☕️Between the calming atmosphere, the top notch service and the incredibly good food, I give Over Easy 5 stars! Something I dont do often. The prices are worth the experience. Thank you 😊❤️

Extremely mid, have not been here in years and boy did it disappoint compared to a lot of the other popular spots between Marlboro, Freehold, Manalapan.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon, not too busy but the service was very poor, did not know my servers name until we read the check at the end. Took at least 20 minutes to order just a drink and over a half hr for the food.
Everything was incredibly average, steak and eggs were great but came cold and their iconic meech sandwich was super plain.
No drink refills entire meal. Probably will not return super shocked how downhill it got over the years.

The restaurant is like walking into a fairytale. Flowers and branches adorn the walls and your transported to a calming wonderland. The menu is very diverse and offers something for everyone including your vegans. The service was great and the food is absolutely delicious. Each item is unique and balanced. My only complaint would be the price. I spent $28 dining alone on breakfast, but it was worth every penny. This is a place for anyone who has a passion for food and flavors.

Had the most amazing experience this afternoon with Paul S. His service was exceptional, he was so friendly, kind, and truly made us feel at home. We will definitely be back for more food and more Paul! Thank you Paul for making our day. You are the best!

Absolutely love this place and our server Paulie, he is incredibly attentive and sincerely enjoys making sure his guests are taken care of. Highly recommend!
Food was great. Only one complaint. It's 100 degrees oitside and had an iced coffee. When I wanted a refill they wanted to charge another $6 which is crazy. Unlimited hot coffee is only $4 and change. Just thought that was really strange so I got a cup of ice and made my own. They also then charged for the hot coffee. They have good food and service but should not take advantage of the customer. They are not stupid. Not worth arguing about 4 bucks but they need some common sense. I will think twice about going now on a hot day

When I walked in, all the hosts and hostesses had their backs turned, so I stood waiting for about a minute before anyone noticed me. Once seated, I appreciated the nice decor and found the waitstaff to be very friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the steak and eggs, a salmon avocado roll with a side of bacon, and a Dubai latte. The food came out in about 10 minutes, which was fine.
However, for $23, I expected the steak and eggs to be much better. The eggs and toast looked okay, but the steak looked like it had been scraped off the sidewalk—rubbery and barely edible. The bacon side was $6 for just six very thin strips—basically $1 per bite.
On top of that, the tables were incredibly small, barely enough space to eat comfortably.
Overall, the service and vibe were good, but the food quality and pricing left a lot to be desired.

We love this place. Every. Single. Time.
Delicious, totally reliable—always know the food will be fantastic and the service warm and spot-on. Whether it’s a casual weekday breakfast or a celebration brunch, it just *works*.
Adorable inside, cozy but polished, never too loud. We’ve brought family, friends, out-of-town guests—everyone leaves happy. That kind of consistency is rare.
This one’s a keeper.
