So ordered vanilla chai latte it was out right horrible. I called to notify Manger explained how bad it was and said clearly person making it is not knowablbe. The Manger took offense to me not the person and don't lay blame on them then proceeded to tell been having trouble with chi lately. So this bother me more should of just informed me of this when I order it . This way I wouldn't of purchased it in first place.

Been coming here for years but lately have noticed an older gentlemen sit by the window up front where everyone sits and eat dry shaving !! Why wouldn’t the store adress him about it, thats is so unsanitary!

Employees are in their own world. People waiting on line for a while and no sense of urgency to help customers. The counters were dirty and the store itself felt disheveled. Music was too loud so you can’t have a conversation or be on the phone.

Every starbucks does not serve hot coffee. I am pretty sure the milk they put is always cold. We have to tell them every time to make it extra hot but they did not.

My girlfriend ordered online and it said it would be ready at 9:30am. I’m still waiting for her drinks. Absolutely unacceptable and poor management overall. Incompetence is an understatement and I will make sure I never come back to this particular Starbucks again.

The worst place in terms of waiting time. The staff is incredibly slow, no compliance with sanitary standards. I waited for one coffee for 20 minutes, I don't understand why the man after me got a drink and I didn't. I left without getting coffee. The worst Starbucks, mess, disorganization and negligence. There is another Starbucks across the street with always friendly staff and quick service.
