01/17 update - since my initial review, we have been to this Starbucks several more times and have always had a good experience. Today JULIANA had made my drink and did a great job and was very professional.
My dad and I just picked up a drink for Dave a few minutes ago. Patricia made the drink perfectly. A lot of Starbucks always mess up the shaken espressos, but she knows her stuff.

They are the best Starbucks in the area. The most friendly and efficient staff, and the atmosphere is great. The outside seating area is very cozy, and the indoor space is neat. I must say that when I visited the other Starbucks in Monmouth and Middlesex counties in NJ, I noticed the cold attitude, as if they really do not care about how the customer feels. I never wanted to come back. However, at this place I felt like home. Alex serviced me today; he greeted me as I walked in, and he was the most productive in his role, explained me the various coffee types and flavours etc. Nice work! Thank you so much! I will be happy to be back here.
