They are the best Starbucks in the area. The most friendly and efficient staff, and the atmosphere is great. The outside seating area is very cozy, and the indoor space is neat. I must say that when I visited the other Starbucks in Monmouth and Middlesex counties in NJ, I noticed the cold attitude, as if they really do not care about how the customer feels. I never wanted to come back. However, at this place I felt like home. Alex serviced me today; he greeted me as I walked in, and he was the most productive in his role, explained me the various coffee types and flavours etc. Nice work! Thank you so much! I will be happy to be back here.

I am appalled about the way I was treated at this establishment. I have been going to Starbucks for many years and I have never been treated so terribly. I was just trying to order a drink when the worker gave me unprompted attitude and told me I’m ordering it wrong and to order it the right way. When I kindly apologized and tried to order the drink the right way, the worker continued to make fun of me and I felt extremely disrespected. I was just trying to get a drink I didn’t know I needed to order in such a specific way to not get made fun of. Honestly unacceptable

So ordered vanilla chai latte it was out right horrible. I called to notify Manger explained how bad it was and said clearly person making it is not knowablbe. The Manger took offense to me not the person and don't lay blame on them then proceeded to tell been having trouble with chi lately. So this bother me more should of just informed me of this when I order it . This way I wouldn't of purchased it in first place.
Been coming here for years but lately have noticed an older gentlemen sit by the window up front where everyone sits and eat dry shaving !! Why wouldn’t the store adress him about it, thats is so unsanitary!

Employees are in their own world. People waiting on line for a while and no sense of urgency to help customers. The counters were dirty and the store itself felt disheveled. Music was too loud so you can’t have a conversation or be on the phone.
