First-time customer today, and all I can say is... OMG!!! Wait time was not long at all. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was under the impression that this was just a typical breakfast/ pancake restaurant, boy, was I wrong. Let's start with their lattes, I had a cold pistachio flavor one, and it was so good. I ordered the eggs with maduros. I love maduros, and the blend of them with chorizo, avocado, and cheese was out of this world! Can't wait to...

My friend loved his sandwich, however I had a salmon bowl and basically had no seasonings or flavor to the meal, it was pretty bland, I might go back but I'll try something else.

I enjoyed a nice breakfast at Stax. Apparently the eatery is under new management and the head chef is one of the owners. The egg white omelet was prepared well. The bacon was crispy and not at all wimpy and undercooked. They have a good choice of toast that comes standard with an order of eggs or omelets. Care was taken with the plating of the food. The service was friendly even though the restaurant was busy. A good cup of coffee is a big part of the breakfast experience....
