Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

This was my second time at this shop but it will be my last. I got the Cole Turkey. The majority of the sandwich was coleslaw. The bread was stale and to top it off when I bit down I felt something hard. It was a bone. I didn’t even want to continue eating that 1/2 of the sandwich so into the garbage it went.
They need more help in Marlton.

I got the Wagyu Cheese Steak after seeing a review and it did not disappoint. The large sandwich is very filling and good for two...I will be going back.

I can't wait to go back! The restaurant itself was neat, and clean. The employees were kind, and helpful. This was my first time eating there. I ordered the cheesesteak combo. The steak was so tender it melted in my mouth. The sandwiches are huge, and I only had a regular. Lots of fries also. Next time I will get my order to go! So I can savor it in private lol.

Came in for the first time and gave the cap pastrami a try that was great came in again had the cheesesteak that was even better just recently I had their Italian sub it's amazing this place doesn't miss. The store itself is nice and well kept, staff seems friendly and there's even outside seating available for when the weather breaks!

Went here for the first time and will never go back. Order taker seemed lost and I had to repeat my order 4 times. Ordered loaded cheesesteak fries with no mushrooms (allergy) and they came out with mushrooms and I didn't notice until I ate some so that caused me issues. Complained to the only employee working (not a manager btw) and he did not offer to refund or remake the item but did apologize. I told him I was not paying for the item and he had to call someone to walk him through how to process the refund. I was then charged the full amount to my credit card and the refund was never went through. Horrible first and last impression for a place I was looking forward to visiting.

Ordered cheesesteak fries without mushrooms. They sent them out with mushrooms. Two people working and the guy working the register had to ask us three times for everything we ordered. One guy left and only the cook was left when we asked for our money back for the fries. First time here and probably the last.
The French dip was okay. Ordered chicken noodle soup because the guy said they had it then had to change our order because they don't have it.

The company sent me a response asking me to fill in a form but forgot to include a link to said form.

New to the area and had never tried the place before and decided to try out the “#1 cheesesteak in the nation”. Now I haven’t been everywhere in the nation but I have had quite a few cheesesteaks and this one was something else entirely. I ordered it and the workers where very nice and attentive, after taking my order it was made fresh and surprisingly quick to receive, the service combined with the food definitely has made me become a regular customer. I knew after the first few bites that this place is a true delicacy imo. Thank you guys and you’ll definitely be seeing me more often keep up the great work 👍

This sandwich shop is the best! We are regulars on the weekend. My family loves the Italian and Turkey hoagies. I don’t eat meat, so I get the veggie sandwich and those battered fries are Everything! Those rolls are so soft.. And the grilled cheese and soup is soo good.
We can’t forget about the staff. They were so sweet, the women at the registered gave great suggestions and is pleasant every time we come. I put tips in the jar, to hear them say “Tip! Thank you!! Definitely our to-go-to spot..
