I went there for dinner with friends. I wasn't very hungry, so I decided to just order an appetizer which was $15 on the menu. The place is lovely, most of my companions said their dinners were very good. They had a singer who was wonderful & engaged the entire restaurant in joining him with the singing. We were a large party & the service was very good. I couldn't wait to tell my friends what a great place this was & recommend they go there. The problem was, when the server gave me my check, it was for $20. I thought he made a mistake so I brought it to his attention. I was told it wasn't a mistake, if you don't order a full dinner & only get an appetizer, they charge $20 no matter how much the appetizer is on the menu. Can you explain to me the logic in this?? I was livid & told the waiter I'll never go there again. Of course, one person not returning isn't a big deal, but I've told every one I've spoken to about this & they all said they'll never go there. I want everyone to know how unfair they are!
