Angelo the Bar tender was super!!! Great drink suggestions and very knowledgeable!!! He also told us about the desserts which we loved!!! Management was very attentive and friendly! We will definitely be back!!! Love it here!!!

Mak was great!!! One of the best servers I’ve ever had! But there was a long hair in my food (I don’t have long hair! lol) But such things unfortunately happen! And Mark and management were more than apologetic and accommodating! Still a great meal!

Brought my mom here for happy hour because she loves the crab Rangoon and tempura green beans. My mom is wheelchair bound and this restaurant makes ZERO handicap accommodations. For starters the two hostesses saw me struggling to get the wheelchair through the door and neither one of them thought to come hold the door open to allow us through. Poor customer service and just overall poor manners as most people seeing someone struggle would kindly hold the door open.
Next we informed them we wanted to do the happy hour specials and they told us we will have to sit at the bar...on high top seats. My mom struggles severely with mobility so transferring her to a high top seat would be a struggle. There were booths right by the bar but we apparently can't sit there if we want happy hour. In addition the bar seating was completely full and they still refused to let us sit and order happy hour away unless we sat at the bar which had no seats.
We left and went to Flemings for their happy hour specials. Not only was the food excellent but the service was top notch and they held the door open for us like decent human beings.
PF Changs is ableist and I don't recommend unless you enjoy being discriminated against due to a disability. 0/10

Staff refused to make accommodations for a woman in a wheel chair for happy hour. They said happy hour was only for people who could be at the bar. We left without being served
Wheelchair accessibility: They would not let a woman in a wheelchair go to the bar and get happy hour pricing.
