We never got in. Our 7pm reservation still want available and we have up waiting after 40additional minutes of waiting and went to Lascalas and walked right in and sat down to eat. The hostess staff at P.F. Chang's while politely saying we will text you when ready have no idea how to manage a busy day.
They must have overbooked reservations. We were not seated útil more than an hour beyond our reservation. Then the kitchen was extremely behind. 6:15 reservations food not served until after 8:30 pm
We had a 7 pm reservation and waited more than 40 minutes for our table. We spoke with the manager and all he could say was he couldn't control the way reservations are made (online and phone are not coordinated apparently). Our server was great and the food was pretty good but I doubt we will return.
Made a 6pm reservation. Arrived at 5:55pm. Told there was a 15-20 minute wait for a table for 2. Sounds like the place was overbooked.
Awesome waitress that attended to my son and I. Timely appetizer and main dish was delicious for both of us. The key lime dessert was extremely small for the price of $5.29 however my son did enjoy it. The manager came over to see how our meal was and gave us coupons for a free appetizer next visit. This is my favorite place to visit when my son comes into New Jersey. We will look forward to enjoying a meal in June when he comes back to stay for the Summer.
The food was not the same as before. We ordered crab wontons, shrimp dynamite, and firecracker shrimp.
Food and service were excellent. Music way too loud. When I asked to have it lowered a bit was told that the store had no control over the volume, that it was managed by company HQ in Scottsdale, AZ. 😩
Portion are very small to be sharing plates. They use to be bigger portions. Not worth the price for the amount of food
The place was seriously overbooked. We had a 7:00 reservation and at 7:30 we were still 20th on the list! We lucked out and got a couple of seats at the bar. The hostess and general manager were polite but unapologetic. This was Valentines Day but come on man.
We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. Our waitress was very pleasant, but then it took another 45 minutes to get our food. Fortunately, the food tasted good. During the entire time, 20 to 30 people were standing in the entryway waiting to be seated. Yes this was Valentine's Day, but clearly the reservations were mismanaged. No apologies from hostesses or manager. I might go to another P.F. Chang's, but not here.

It's fine, our waitress was fantastic. Portion size is good, music was kind of sleepy putting you to bed music. Eggroll was tasty, peanut butter dessert was delicious, chicken was very thin pieces, the teriyaki sauce was very sweet
Was seated next to the cold front door and the waiting area became very overcrowded and people were standing waiting next to our table.
Food was great, especially for me. I had the new firecracker shrimp. Rest of our party was very pleased. Server was right on and she was a pleasure to have.
We ate at the bar and it was dirty. Seats had food on it, bar surface was sticky and 2 plate's also dirty.
Kate and Mark were excellent servers, very polite, and professional! The lettuce wraps, dumplings, and mongolian beef are the best!
