i absolutely never give one star reviews, i usually give four to someone who deserves 2/5, but my experience here was absolutely atrocious. we were served wilted arugula in our garden caprese sandwich and a HALF FILLED BOWL! that was the bowl after 2 half spoons. horrible .

Abysmal service, food quality barely average, noise level insane, parking very hard to find, and they’d hardly care to put napkins for orders for rapid pickups. And even more pathetic is their toilets: likely the worst and filthiest I have seen in all restaurants in SJ. Panera should be ashamed to have such a facility at such a prominent location.

Spent $7 on a cold coffee and a lackluster chocolate chip cookie. I waited over over 20 minutes because the assistant manager was dealing with an irate customer to get my order. I didn't even go back in line to see about why the coffee was cold. I won't go back there.

I ate a chicken sandwich with squash soup.
My soup was 'unnecessarily' sugary and my sandwich was subpar.
My overall culinary experience was as expected for Panera Bread, it's not fine dining.

Waited 8 minutes to order coffee just for it to be cold and stale. Waited another 3 to get anyone's attention to get our money back. Employees weren't unpleasant but, service is terribly slow and inattentive.
Coffee is just self-serve in thermos containers- certainly not worth nearly $4!
