It Pizza Hut folks. Not good, not the worst. Had a deal from T-Moble. The staff was Kool. Got the flat something or other and it was actually very tasty. Had Heartburn for hours. Once again, it's Puzza Hut. Fills the hole.

It’s ight I personally wouldn’t come inside here again they are yelling at eachother and cussing(like friends) but I feel like it’s inappropriate to do it loudly at your place of work where everyone can clearly hear what you’re saying

A joke ordered taco pizza had to put it together myself for one two I ordered wings they barely put any sauce, 3rd I chose two sauces because it was required however I ordered cinnamon sticks and there was no option for icing so I figured it comes together they genuinely gave me garlic sauce with my cinnamon sticks my partner went back in to let them know and she responds u can only pick two sauces lacking common sense I had no option to skip the sauce choice and icing wasn’t one of them so my partner proceeded to buy 80 cent icing cups like what? I wish I would’ve came with him I would’ve said something petty and disrespectful march 27th around 1:40 pm.

This was a terrible experience. We placed our order at 4:45pm with an indicated delivery time of 5:31pm. At 6pm we tried calling multiple times from multiple phone numbers in the house and each time we were rudely placed on hold for 20 mins. They never came back on the phone. The pizza finally arrived at 7pm!!! Not only did the food not arrive on time, it came burnt and cold. We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. They gave the door dash driver the wrong address—in a different town over 45 minutes away. We tried to call to get the pizza delivered to OUR ADDRESS but got put on hold four times. Getting charged for a pizza they never delivered. Never doing business with Pizza Hut again.

Not 1 but 2 rude employees. They were busy on a Friday, I get it, but a smile goes a long way. Its freezing inside. I wouldn't call this a dine inn experience. Delivery is your best option. My kids got food; it looked like roller rink pizza.

Bad customer service no one's even interested in listening. Can't believe a business have these kind of service
When I called to give address for delivery the woman put in the wrong town, so my delivery person was very confused and I had called the delivery guy and he kept telling me “no problemo” and hanging up before I could give him the correct address. He then sent me a picture of the address and order which was incorrect. I called Pizza Hut at that point and trying to discuss the order was goin to wrong address and they would not listen to me either. So I waited for someone to contact me since everyone was hanging up on me. I was trying to avoid this issue completely. The delivery person then had an English speaking person call me when I explained the address was in my laurel NJ and not the town they had written on (Marlton NJ). I got my delivery, cold and the boneless wings were not secured with any tape or label and looked partial eaten.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location that ever has existed. The staff is not friendly at all. My entire office ordered lunch from this location on the app at 11:36am. We waited and then, at 1:06 pm, I contacted the location to find out where our food was. The order was being delivered by Doordash and 3 doordash drivers had attempted to pick up this order. At the time of the call, I was informed via the system that my order was canceled. At this time, I had not received a phone call or anything advising me that my order was canceled. When speaking to the rep from this location i expressed my frustration and wanted to speak to a manager. I was transferred just to be hung up. I as well as a few other coworkers attempted to call back around 20 times and continued to get hung up. Our entire office now has been left without lunch. We will NEVER order from this location ever again.

First, someone took my order and then the store had to remake it without giving me any updates. Had to call the driver to see what was wrong because the store immediately declined my call when I said something was wrong with my delivery order. Over 2 hours later I got what I ordered…..
