Love this place! I have Celiac Disease and need to be strictly gluten free (GF). Poke Bros is an excellent choice for GF options. Almost all menu ingredients are GF. Only the items that are marked with a “G” contain gluten, so it’s a little confusing but basically if it has a “G” don’t order it, otherwise you’re safe. The bowls are so good, so fresh and meticulously made. Very, very little chance for cross contamination because they keep the ingredients very cleanly separated with dedicated spoons or tongs. Flavorful food that’s fresh, healthy and mostly gluten free, even their marinated tuna! I always go for the OG GF sauce (and a little wasabi aioli on the side). So much more to choose from that I can't wait to try it all! Highly recommend.
