Manager was so rude!!! I was trying to get a simple salad.. less than 3 toppings... he hovered over the girl helping me as I was asking her questions and answering for her instead of letting her respond herself. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I asked if they had egg whites but he again responded only whole eggs. I would have thought a little customization would make up for the fact I’m getting ripped off. I’ve gone to this place since it first opened.. tonight was my last.. I’m gonna go to CHOPT or Salad House!

There were two workers there (guy who put our salads together and a girl who rang up our order) and they were really nice. Offered to throw away/clean our trays for us when we were done. The place was very clean. We didn’t realized the place closed at 4 today, but they were nice and didn’t rush us or even told us they were closing. Really good kids.

I have been going to this Saladworks everyday for over a year and just faced one of the worst employee and will never be stepping into this place again!They lost my business permanently because of rude customer service. Looking at my credit card statement I spent over 3k in one year at this place and I do not deserve to be treated like this.

I usually have a good experience at this location but not today. I ordered my usual warm grain bowl and noticed the grains looked wet while it was being served. I asked the employee if the grain was wet (because if so I would have ordered something else). The employee answered “it’s warm”. I took her word for it because who would want to knowingly serve someone slop, right? Went back to work and took 1 bite and couldn’t even eat it. It was watery and complete mush! When I took it back to the store and confirmed that the grain was not correctly made, the same employees argued that “it is always like that”. I explained again that I always order that item and it is never wet and mushy. She continued to say it’s supposed to be like that and offered to make me something else. I am disappointed in the customer service this employee displayed. She should have apologized instead of arguing with the customer. It should have been thrown away and remade if it was not made correctly. It should not be served to the next paying customer.

One of the better Salad Works around. All fresh salads and the staff are extremely attentive. Very rarely do they make a mistake when putting my orders together. You won’t regret
