I'm a burger-holic and I think Shack Shack has totally nailed burger craft. The beef tastes like it was never frozen. In fact, it tastes really fresh, like it was delivered and cooked the same day. I'm sure it wasn't but I wouldn't argue if I was told it was. I actually choose to patronize this Shake Shack as opposed to the one closer to my home because of the STAFF! The people working here are not just professional but they make us feel like we're all family and I'm stopping by for a visit. That makes the extra distance worth the trip. BTW, Cooper is da MAN!!
Parking: There's parking all around the store with the standard handicapped parking right near the entrance.

after a phillys game me, my friend, and my dad all decided to goto shake shack as locations are farrrrr away from us and it was on the way back from the game, my friend never had shake shack before and was excited, food was good and tasty and we were stuffed by the end, my dad finished his milkshake and said he saw a weird flake at the bottom which i brushed off with ice or something that didn’t get blended properly, my friend could not finish his strawberry donut shake, he took it home and had it the following day today 09/16/24 and his grandma found A TOP OF A SQUEEZ BOTTLE in his shake??? how did they let this slide, i worked in food industry for 2 years and i wouldn’t even be able to let this slide. normally we wouldn’t care but since something that big was in there that means they are pre making the shakes and someone lazy enough let that fall in and left it there, or whoever was making our shakes on the night of 09/15/25 was disgusting lazy and let that go, the cups aren’t even that big so that thing was taking up all the space at the bottom and god knows how dirty it was, disappointing because the food was good and ruined due to actual laziness

Bad experience and we are not satisfied with the service with the employees. I ask your one employee female whose your Gen Mgr she said she didn't know really and she was your employee .Also they cook the burger from a dirty grill and taste horrible. They shoul d be more experience cooking in the kitchen how to clean the grill before making the burger. I been so many times there's for lunch some afternoon but tonight is different why???Explain that to me .

The food was amazing! I the Truffle burger with mushrroms and lettuce. I also got the truffle fries and nuggest.
Good food, good people - can't complain about much. The interior design is a little cold (literally) but not too terrible. All around good food, decent price point for the area. And really really friendly staff with patience - that's the highlight for me.
