Delicious, clean, and always consistent. It’s one of my favorite spots on a Friday night after work. I’ve never had to wait in a line and the employees are always so nice.

Inconsistent. First time I had the focaccia, it was so delicious, soft, fresh, everything. Today it was stale. Sometimes the salad is perfect and other times it’s just okay and not worth what I paid. I don’t really want to give up as the potential is there, but I’d like them to clean it up.

I haven’t been to SweetGreen in a couple years and it’s just that I remembered it. I was a little worried because of the reviews. But I came during lunch and although there’s a little line, everyone worked perfectly so I was in and out fast. The food was delicious. The service was great.

This place is SOOO good! And so healthy. Many of the ingredients don’t have seed oils which is awesome. Employees are super nice and really fast. We come multiple times per week. Love it!

My food was 10/10 everything was tasty and tasted fresh. Inside was clean and nice. When i went in they were not busy employee took my order asap i didn’t had to wait. I would definitely go back

I generally love sweetgreen. However, the other day I placed an order to be picked up at 3:45. Knowing that I was going to have to wait for a while before I could actually eat it, a very strategically ordered it for the earliest time I could possibly be there. I received a notification at 3:19 that it was already ready for pickup. They had made it so early that it was going to sit on the shelf for 25 minutes before I could even be there! I don't, for the life of me, I understand why somebody would make the food so early, knowing that the person picking it up wasn't coming until 3:45, as indicated on the order.
Now, as for reviewing prior visits: the music volume in this place is usually outrageously, making it difficult to hear the person across the table from you; the portion consistency depends upon who is making the salad; there's only one girl there I have ever seen smile, most of the employees seem miserable; getting someone's attention as a wheelchair user is incredibly difficult, as they don't pay attention to the customers who are at their sight line. It's often way too hot in the seating area to stay to eat so I end up eating in my van, where it is much cooler!
The food is incredible but, at its incredibly high price, you would think you would at least get decent customer service with it.

They’re okay. Sweetgreen in all locations is usually just okay. I think I just dislike how inconsistent the taste of bowls can be. You can get the same exact things and sometimes the quality will differ wildly. I know it’s hard with fresh ingredients but it’s tough to defend when places like chipotle tend to get it right. I’d recommend the chicken and the salmon but never the steak.

Visited the marlton location to get a quick salad to go. Kale Caesar. The staff person told me that the chicken was cooking , it will be a minute. No problem. I thought it was odd at 630pm grilled chicken would not be plentiful. 5/10 minutes pass, she tells me that it was still a little pink and she didn’t want to rush it. No problem. Probably 20 minutes later, she chops all the chicken, an entire try worth, hike inwait and they make other orders. Maybe chop the one scoop for my salad that has been sitting for 20 minutes. My lone salad was not a priority. I thought to myself , maybe I’ll get extra chicken or a complementary beverage or standing around for what felt like an eternity. So finally when a scoop of chicken is placed on the bed of greens , I’m rung up with no apology for the extreme wait. No offer of an extra slice of bread , soda , chips. I have eliminated any expectations of meaningful customer service in our modern fast casual food norm. If I experience great service , I praise them and tip. Also dirty tables , chairs all over.
Plus the one staff member was unsure of what items were in the salad, checking the menu.
I could have sat at a diner and been served faster for the same cost and better quality food for the same money. I would not return to this location.

Rough. Really tried to give this place several chances. Food is always made slightly off. Staff is somehow so chaotic even when there are only 2 customers in line. No one actually knows what they’re doing. Went here 4 times in the span of 2 months but can’t say I’d come back here again :/

First and last time customer. Just left the Marlton location at 2 pm today. Out shopping with husband and figured we would try to have a nice lunch together with healthy options. Ordered then sat inside of which we were the only ones eating ,as a family left as we sat down. The food was just okay. My chicken had grizzly pieces in it I had to keep spitting out until I lost my appetite half way and trashed the rest. Same with husband. Worse was while eating a worker decided to come to the empty tables on either side of us with his spray cleaner and did the tables. HUGE pet peeve! Dude there was no one in the place! You couldn't wait until we ate our food which took 10 min to spray your nasty spray which hit my leg a little?!!!! No reason for that! So gross when you are trying to eat! Then he is pushing chairs allover which make a nails on chalkboard sound .
Then the trash… disgusting! It was allover the place , needed emptied BAD, the whole place made me feel like everything was dirty! Never again!

They gave me a bowl of yellow and lightly black wilted kale. The kind you leave in the fridge and forget about. No wild rice and no dressing, which were both supposed to be on the order. Uber eats order so not in person, but last time for me. Eat at your own risk!

I had the best experience.. Everyone is soooo nice and friendly.. I want to give a big shoutout to Mitch!!! She was extremely helpful with my order and I’ll definitely go there again!!!

Stopped in at 8:37 when they close at 9pm. Was told “we’re closed” when I walked through the door. When I questioned them on their close time being 9pm they said “we ran out of food.” This is total BS, they just wanted to clean up early. It’s a shame because their food is decent.
