“Baked by the Ocean made cookies for the football team for after practice a few weeks ago and my kids keep asking when they are making them again. They ask almost everyday to stop at the bakery it’s their favorite. They are also super super friendly. We’ve always had wonderful experiences going there.“

“The glazed, white-iced donut with sprinkles was literally the best doughnut I’ve ever had in my life. We got several other sweet treats and our entire family raved about them. When we stopped back in our our way out of town, we were lucky enough to have a conversation with Lisa and she was so kind and intentional. She could easily be charging double for the size and quality of her product. What a gem of a place!“

“Started going to Mrs. Brizzles about 7 years ago. The owner Mike & his wife are 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet. Not only are their sandwiches huge, so are their personalities. Our entire family have made it a point to get to Mrs. Brizzles while vacationing at the Jersey Shore. You will not be disappointed! Would give them 6 stars!“

“Irene made the tiramisu for our wedding, and it was absolutely incredible...everyone loved it! The flavor, presentation, and attention to detail were beyond our expectations. “Steven at 768 Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ was incredible making absolutely certain that we were taken care of even though his store was not open. The Auntie Anne's website has the hours for this location swapped with the store farther up the boardwalk. He took great measures to explain what was going on and took steps to get us what we needed. Steven is an exemplary leader and customer representative. He is an outstanding asset to this company.“

“I've been coming here since I was a kid. They used to have a large array of items, including pigs in blankets and egg custard tarts. Lots of fruity cakes on display, and a variety of buns and breads... Nowadays, they seem to moreso have coconut custard bread, BBQ pork buns (char siu bao - I always look it up, but Google claims the only places that sell it are in Philly), cake rolls, cookies, and sweet bread. Bubble tea is good here, too. For first-timers: Go for the things that would generally move quickly, to ensure freshness - I recommend the almond cookies, which are extremely delicate and mildly sweet.The woman working the counter always says that she doesn't speak English, but if you treat her kindly and keep that barrier in mind, she'll be respectful in return. While she was generally happier when I was a child, I think the years of dealing with people have left her worn out. So think of the soup chef from Seinfeld; point at what you want, pay for it, thank her, and move along.“
“Cinnabon on the boardwalk! What else could you ask for? They brew fresh coffee and always have plenty of cinnamon treats available all hours of the day and night. This shop was a nice added touch to the boardwalk where Mia’s Christmas shop was. A little pricey but that’s what you would expect for the boardwalk convenience.“
