Small, hidden gem in Marmora. The owner was very friendly and helped us pick out some of his favorites; he even gave us a sample plate.
The brownies, scones, and cakes were all delicious and home made.

We keep returning to Stefan for all of our special events! We had a christening for our baby girl, and all we needed to provide was a photo of our cake inspiration, and our vision came to life! We always get compliments on our cake from our guests — both on the visual aesthetic as well as the great taste! Thank you again Stefan! We will be back for our next family event!

As a visitor vacationing in the area, I was unfamiliar with the bakery. I have to say the cheesecake they make is the best I have ever tasted. It beat, hands down, cheesecake I ate in New York City.

My husband ordered a birthday cake for me from Blue Dolfin Sweets. It was amazing! When he picked up the cake he said that the owners were so nice and friendly. The cake was delicious! It was above and beyond what he expected. We will definitely go here again when we're in OCNJ.

I was excited to try this bakery for my daughter’s birthday and also pleased that my order was honored just the day before I needed it. I ordered a vanilla cake for a girl with seashells and asked for pink and gold color/decor along with raspberry filling. When I picked the cake up I saw that it was pink and blue but I overlooked this… The cake turned out to be not just horrible but the worst cake I have had. The “layers” were ONE cake layer divided into FOUR! So when eating the cake, you only taste the filling. Now for the filling. This raspberry mousse tasted terribly artificial, so much that I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the aftertaste it left. For the money I paid for this cake, it was HORRIFIC and a waste because what was left after everyone tried a piece, their uneaten cake and remaining cake went into the garbage.

Forget all of the other bakeries in the area. I can’t believe I have wasted my time anywhere else searching for delicious pastries. I stopped in to pick up a variety of things to try and was lucky enough to pick up fresh out of the oven chocolate eclairs. Absolutely delicious, as was everything else my family sampled. I’m looking forward to going back to try some of their breads, cakes, and sticky buns.
Stopped in today after a doctors visit and we were pleasantly surprised. Tried some scones that were still warm from the oven and now we are hooked. Grabbed a few sweets to bring home but we will have to return for one of the pound cakes and cheese cakes.

Had a last minute birthday get together for someone, and they hooked me up with an ice cream cake with less than a weeks notice. And the cake? I've never had ice cream cake with sponge inside before, and it was incredible. Super nice people. Will definitely be back. Maybe in August for my own birthday cake!

Best scones I've ever had (especially blueberry, cranberry and honey vanilla) Best Blueberry Muffin My 5 year old is obsessed with their chocolate covered strawberries. Idk how they are, he refused to share. My 7 year old and I are obsessed with their cheese Danish. This brings me back to my first job at a bakery. Except Blue Dolphin is better. Cheesecake is da bomb Croissants are delicious
