Traveled through here last week recently with my mother and children up to ocean City so recently! absolutely beautiful city was my first time there and such delicious quick Warm foods for our bellies during the cold weather Thank you All! This establishment has gone significantly down hill over the past few months. Critically understaffed is an understatement. I’ve waited for 10 minutes before anyone even takes my order, no cars in line, just pull up and get told to wait. This has happened multiple times with no cars in drive through line. Just get told “one min, sorry, hang on”. The opposite of fast food.

This BK was cleaner than most that I've visited. Not sure if related, but our food tasted better than most as well. Staff were all busy when we walked in, but we were acknowledged as soon as the door opened. Literally, heard someone yell LINE as the door opened - almost thought I walked into a Chipotle. Manager was friendly and helpful.

This place is dirty. The staff doesn't care one bit. They hand out food that isn't even edible. My last order went straight into their trash can after they gave it to me. Sloppy service, horrible food and a waste of money to go to. Avoid this place!

Just being in this place made me feel royal, the service made me feel like a king! The bathrooms are nice and roomy, not to mention the photo gallery to admire while you wait outside of the bathroom! The people here are so friendly, and our food came out very quick and tasted warm and fresh. In addition to that, a guy working here found our keys and returned them to us, I highly recommend going here if you want to feel like royalty!

Went through drive through and ordered 2 duo deal for $5, cheeseburger and a medium fries and she tried to charge me $17. When I tried to itemize the order to figure out how she was charging the additional $12 for a cheeseburger and a medium fries she told me to leave and not come back. Poorly trained and rude help at this location!! Looking at other reviews this seems to be a recurring problem at this location.
Corporate or the owner operator should be highly concerned of the functionality and management of this location. They are constantly behind. They leave you in the drive thru like for extremely long periods of time. Even when the restaurant is empty. It almost seems like they’re cooking to order. They never get the order right and are always missing things in order. This manager has no clue what they’re doing. Disappointing.

I’m So Impressed w/ the Impossible Vegetarian Whopper. I get veggie burgers along the shoreline from Atlantic City to Cape May paying as much as $31 for veggie burgers and they usually taste terrible. I can’t believe this is coming out of Burger King. It may look the like must but I promise it’s so delicious 😋. A perfect 10 .
