This is my go to Burger King. The staff here in Marmora are very friendly. I was having trouble with the app and Dennis was awesome! He was very patient and kind and helpful, he went above and beyond. The food was delicious and the Store is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in, honestly. I want to thank the 3 staff members that were there bc even though they were busy they helped us out.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was relaxing and no crazy music, friendly staff

I stopped here last week after work I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I pulled up. I glanced over at the drive thru and the lady working there had a kind smile for her customers at the window; great first impression! Then I walked in . The restaurant was bright and clean. The gentleman at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was extremely professional and courteous and patient. He could have been management.. a true gem! Then, the same lady from the drive thru handed me my large order with the same great smile . They were sure to remember all the extras, ketchup, salt , napkins, etc. I haven't been to a Burger king in over 10 years due to a bad food experience. This particular Burger King was clean, extremely friendly, accurate and wonderful food and I will happily return!!

This Burger King is close to my job and we've been getting takeout there for years, and it was always mediocre. For the past few months it has been excellent! Fries and burgers are hot and fresh, and even the cheese is melted, which never happened before. Thanks, and please don't change what you're doing! :)

Drivethru delayed ordering. Maybe there was lack of help. I had to pull passed the food delivery window with the other 3 vehicles for a few minutes to get my cold burgers. Rolls were dried out , oversized ketchup covered onions fell out all over my lap including pieces of roll crumbling. I think they were unbreaded onion rings?Do yourself a favor and just eat your sneaker, it'll taste better than the garbage they call food here!
Dominique is not trained properly. I Don’t normally write reviews. The young man working there is phenomenal Service is always wonderful , food is always made properly, I had an issue with the young lady working the counter unfortunately . She was very unprofessional & using profanity with my young son around. while taking my order. I understand I worked customer service but that’s just ignorant and rude. Especially when I run here regularly thats my first encounter with this worker. Always room for improvement. they must be new

well.this was my last trip to this BK...I have had the good, bad and ugly, this time was an ugly..again! Twice before my food order came out too fast which told me that it had been pre-cooked and was sitting around for awhile, probably heated up in a microwave which, as you know, dries out the food, and I won't even tell you what it does to onion rings or a fish fillet.... Then I had good luck on a few occasions and figured, "ok, they finally resolved their issues whatever they were"....WRONG! I went one more time in the hopes all would be fine,,,,NOT! Semi-warm dried-out and rather hard food...."Oh geez, do I go inside and complain or just bite the bullet and take it home and gag?"...it was cold, damp and dark at 6:00 in the evening, I was tired, I went home and ate it, ugh! and the final insult was...this crap cost me almost $15.00!!! Just down the street is a WaWa and a Chinese restaurant where I can get decent food for well under $15.00...What is wrong with me?? Folks, go to WaWa or Island Sun, don't waste your money at this BK...please!

apparently, only adults are allowed to eat there.... Even though there is a bike rack outside, children and teens are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult..... and the quick post after I called when they kicked my kid out that LOVES burger king and LOVES his new independence of riding his bike to get food, was denied.... when I called for the manager and asked.... I was told there was a BURGER KING CERTIFIED posting on the door..... I told her I was going to look, it is not even proper grammar, let alone legal....
