We waited 15 minutes for our food. We waited another 15 minutes (30 minutes total) for our coffee among another 30 people that didn’t get their drinks. All while every 2 minutes a fly would land on you. On top of all of that, the wake up wraps were missing bacon and the coffee didn’t have any sugar in it but we couldn’t do anything because we were already on the road. They prioritized the drive through nonstop even though there was a sea of people shoulder to shoulder waiting for their orders. The only redeeming quality was the manager (I think) that taught everyone how to actually do their job and then everything actually operated how it should have… don’t go here if you’re trying to beat the beach traffic.

Their commitment to *not* adding sweetener when you order it is commendable. I'd die of shock if they ever actually added Equal to one of my lattes liked I asked. It'd be impressive if it weren't so annoying.

Placed a mobile order and the length of time it takes for the order to be ready for an in-store pick up is much longer than quoted. 3-4 times longer. The drive-thru on the weekends is intolerable. I ordered three items and none were together at the mobile order pick up area. I saw one coffee and stood waiting for other drink and food bag to arrive but they never did. That’s because the three items were scattered all over. If the speed and inefficiency of the store aren’t enough. To deter you from ordering, let me tell you about out coffees. One looked like pure cream and neither had the caramel flavoring and hat we ordered. Didn’t even drink them. I love DD but won’t be back to this location.

No matter how many times I stay away because they can't ever get my drink order right I explain it very carefully they don't listen I ordered a refresher the other day and a cup of water the lady thought I said bottled water which the woman I was talking to at the speaker I told her multiple times it was a cup of water get to the window the girl was like never mind it's a cup of water not bottled water with an attitude I drove off I stay away because the staff isn't ever friendly after the morning shift or they can't get a refresher right

WILDWOOD ‘S WAY!
I like this location in marmora it is super convenient and has plenty of seating inside. They have restrooms and a drive-thru window. There is a huge parking lot which isn’t cramped and safe off the main road. They are very helpful when you place an order and call your name out when its ready.
