I absolutely love Dunkin, but my experience at this location has never been so awful. I waited 40 minutes for a bagel and a coffee. The workers were doing their best, but management needs to be fired. Seriously, who puts only 2 people on shift New Year’s Day? Not to mention they were out of nearly everything.

My girlfriend goes here every day to get coffee. Never a problem for her. On my way into work I asked for a toasted bagel with extra veggie cream cheese, and even ask them to put it on the bagel because if you don’t, they put two containers in a bag with a plastic knife and the cream cheese is so hard the knife breaks. You asked for it to be toasted and instead of it being toasted, it’s cold and it’s hard as a freaking rock. If you shout it out of a cannon, it would penetrate steel. It’s not the only thing you asked for coffee to be away and they can’t even get that right. And then there’s a satisfaction phone number. It’s to feel good effect on the receipt. Call the number and no one answers ever. It’s a wonderful establishment and it’s super awesome and it’s the only deal in town that early in the morning. Honestly, the Wendy’s would’ve been a better choice to put back there. So if you want your order done right if you want a good quality product and you want a fresh product I wouldn’t recommend this place in this one horse town, I think the horse died.

I ordered the same thing I always do. My coffee and avocado toast. I get my coffee and the cold foam is so thick its has chunks floating in my coffee. My avocado toast wasn’t even edible and it looks like the worker who made it dumped packets of sugar on it. I didn’t get a picture of my coffee but here’s my avocado toast. I went to another Dunkin and they took care of it free of charge.

Everyone at the marmora location has been so kind, and accommodating. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a couple months now, and not only do the employees know me & greet me by name but they also always make my coffee taste perfect.
I’m specifically shouting out symarah (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name) but she is a beautiful girl with such a genuine personality. She was so kind this morning, spoke to management for me when I had a question, and always kept a smile through the whole interaction. I will continue coming to Dunkin marmora, and I suggest others do as well. thank you for your kind service, and great coffee <3

Not happy. Placed an order on door dash and they forgot my orange juice. Second time in one month where you messed up my order. Tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. Thanks for nothing. You guys suck.
Great little donut shop. Unfortunately they were out of the Harry Potter donuts but the Golden Snitch Latte was amazing! Service was excellent.

1 star because of the unbelievably slow service. It negates the quality of the drinks. Worse than McDonalds. They need to hire more people or something

We waited 15 minutes for our food. We waited another 15 minutes (30 minutes total) for our coffee among another 30 people that didn’t get their drinks. All while every 2 minutes a fly would land on you. On top of all of that, the wake up wraps were missing bacon and the coffee didn’t have any sugar in it but we couldn’t do anything because we were already on the road. They prioritized the drive through nonstop even though there was a sea of people shoulder to shoulder waiting for their orders. The only redeeming quality was the manager (I think) that taught everyone how to actually do their job and then everything actually operated how it should have… don’t go here if you’re trying to beat the beach traffic.

Their commitment to *not* adding sweetener when you order it is commendable. I'd die of shock if they ever actually added Equal to one of my lattes liked I asked. It'd be impressive if it weren't so annoying.
