We make a trip to The Village Kitchen every year—both on our way to Cape May, NJ and on the way back—and it never disappoints. The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is just as excellent. This cozy spot is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. The chipped beef, in particular, is absolutely outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Our first time eating at Village Kitchen! It was delicious and the staff were super friendly and personable. Many of the customers seemed like regulars. We will definitely be back!
