I used to go here when it was ABC BAGELS. Lovely staff and servicer. I’m in and out in under 5 minutes. Since the company/managerial change, the service and quality has gone down. Very inconsistent and mistakes that throw off my day. I come back out of desperation for coffee and food. I’m pregnant and need a quick pick me up before work.
Below are my experiences: - I had eggshells on my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel - my French toast bagel was sliced after an onion bagel and it had onion residues on my bagel that made my stomach turn. - service today was rough. (5/28/25 at around 8:45 am) I order 2 bagels not toasted and just cut and 2 cream cheese filled bagels. The lady in the front could not identify any bagels and kept asking the other lady in the back who was very busy with orders. She basically stood around rolling her eyes while the other lady worked. Both were severely undertrained. An order that could be 5 minutes too over 10 mins.
Overall, I’m deterred to come back to this place. I miss the staff and management before who made me feel at home.
Quick update: my husband just told me that one of the bagels that was supposed to to be an egg everything was just a plain everything… wow 😑

I’ve been stopping here for past few months. I love the jalapeño cheddar bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese! It’s the best! But I tried their pastrami sandwich today and was not even able to eat it. Pastrami was so tuff could not chew it. Sandwich was soggy. It was $14 with a drink. The side of macaroni salad came in a ketchup cup like a shot lol. That’s horrible! Maybe it was just hit or miss but I still will return for my jalapeño bagel but I’m deterred to try anything else which is kind of upsetting as I had high hopes for this place. Also the round guy needs to learn to wash hands after smoking…

This spot has become a part of my daily routine! The woman working the front is always very attentive and welcoming. The young man in the kitchen never fails to deliver a satisfactory meal! The sandwich I get gets better every time I have it. Must go spot for all things breakfast and lunch!

The food is good here and the employees are lovely. However, you must NOT order through the website- call in instead. Over the past year I have had multiple orders confirmed and prepaid that never arrived at the counter, requiring a long wait for pick up.

Order a bagel with butter got a bagel with cream cheese ordered a bagel with butter again got a bacon egg and cheese ordered a bacon, egg and cheese got bacon and cheese. No egg. Service sucks if youre hungry and taking the train don’t bother it’ll ruin your day better off hungry

We went ABC hoping for some authentic bagels (they now close at 2pm btw). The bagels were really good (like bagels are supposed to be…dense and chewy not bread shaped into o’s) and the ladies behind the counter could both have been nicer! Worth a visit!! We ate some there and took a dozen to-go too!

Mixed feelings about my food. What was inside the bagel sandwich was good- lox was fresh and cream cheese was good.
The bagel itself was really hard on the outside (no it wasn’t toasted) and doughy on the inside.
The girl helping my husband also made a comment about the particular type of bagel we chose saying that it’s “always smaller than the rest for some reason”. The bagel was a bit on the small side- which I was ok with. What I didn’t care for was the taste and texture of it- not a good bagel at all.
Wouldn’t necessarily come back here- plenty of bagel places in the area.

Would not recommend for a breakfast sandwich. I wanted egg whites and was charged more money. I don't want fake eggs, I only want the egg white from the egg, so I'm not sure why I was charged more. I should of been charged the same or less. Also the homefries were inedible. The smell from them was awful too. Tons of grease mixed witha few onions and potatoes. Not what I think of when I imagine home fries from a breakfast joint. Maybe the bagels are better!

I am against anything that feels like racism or slavery and I rarely use the word slavery but I walked in a few minutes before closing today and as I asked Timmy if they can add avocado and olives , he walked to the lady working with him today June 27th 2024 when she called him and He said the customer was talking to me and she loudly replied just go go go go. He then came back to me to ask Agatha’s I wanted and I replied avocado but when she came and he told her she loudly again said no!!! To him. There no avocado then turned to me when I asked for onions and said what!!!? We are closing. I then looked at her and said, I am going to review this place because you’re in a rush and screaming at him for him attending to a customer. She then became sooooo nice and said that there was a misunderstanding and added everything that I wanted . This could’ve all been done without the aggression. Thank you Timmy for attention your customer and I’m so sorry that you hate deal with a hostile work environment which is definitely against the law. No one should have to accept anything because they need work in order to support their family . Very bad experience.
