Went there for the first time today the bagel was good but I got bagel with pork roll I believe the Park row is left over from the day before it was very overcooked and hard to chew won't be rushing back plus some spoiled from bagel mania

I went to grab a plain bagel with butter and a chicken fajita Panini today. Let me tell you, the bagel barely had any butter on it. And to top it off, they gave me potato salad with the Panini, but it was expired and tasted terrible. I had to toss it out. Bad experience

Best bagels in town. But the hero rolls taste like rubber. Really dont get how a places bread could vary so much from their bagels to their rolls. The food overall is good, but very very overpriced. Cant walk out of there with two breakfast sandwiches and coffees for under $20 . They are midtown Manhattan prices. Very family oriented. Sometimes the counter girls are clueless and don’t belong interacting with customers. The parking sucks but whattaya gunna do. I go here for the convenience, even though Bagel Mania is 30 seconds away. If it werent for the Factory’s bagels though I probably would never go there.

I had been driving by this place for years and finally stopped by to get a cup of coffee, and to my surprise, l like it so much that I decided to have breakfast. This coffee shop is well lit with comfortable chairs. The prices are reasonable. The Bagles are huge and fresh, and the coffee is not bad. I was served at a reasonable time. See pictures.

Large orders are never easy. So many things can go wrong, on either parties side. Now the Matawan location (because i have never been to the others) never disappoints. Even if there is an error, they correct it without fight. They are actually apologetic (for something so simple) and not just like 'yeah well that happens'. They even gave us a couple cookies. They're true food service professionals there and it was not overlooked today. They also have a very clean establishment, and tons of awesome snacks you can't find anywhere else (maybe amazon) but not in store. Thank you Bagel Factory in Matawan. You've earned word of mouth business from me based on today’s service. Edit* for some reason it won’t let me 5 star the three categories but best know i’m 5starring them.
