Very disappointing. I would compare it to a Dunkin’ bagel, if anything Dunkin’ bagels might be a little bit fresher. I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese, and even after being toasted their bagels are still so hard and stale. Go across the street to Bagel Mania for a real fresh bagel, their bagels are always so fresh they don’t need to be toasted, and they’re also cheaper too.

Food is decent but the service is horrendous the lady who takes the orders needs to be fire. I call on the phone and every five seconds it’s a huh what did you say no matter how loud I speak. And will have me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes telling me I’ll be right back. They need to let her go because she is ruing your business. Didn’t even get to order because she never came back to the phone. It’s ridiculous.

Nice bagels but no where near enough filling. Got the sausage egg and cheese on a garlic bagel and I had like half an eggs worth and a little patty. The bagel was perfect but not balanced and definitely not worth what they charge. I got the sandwich and a hashbrown for almost 15 bucks. Not worth it.

The quality here just keeps getting worse everytime. Just spent $40 on doordash. Pancakes came dry with no syrup or butter and the whitefish salad is disgusting. It tastes like fish and breadcrumbs just soaked in oil.
