Bathrooms clean and accessible to customers.Unbeknown to myself and my dear friends, we all ordered cups of vanilla soft serve ice cream. *slightly different toppings. They were good. When in the area would stop by there again.

Fresh ice cream and good service! This location is open later, has more options and choices. The ice cream tasted fresh as well. The drive thru is fast as well. Even on small single cup, they stack it up over the cup making the kids happy.

I simply went to the Carvels and was ignored as the personnel attended to other clients who entered after me. When I asked if I was going to be taken care of they guy gave me an attitude. Worst experience I've ever encountered.

My daughter & I usually shop across the street from this place, at Sundae's Ice Cream. Every so often the line is so long, we come here instead, knowing there's nobody waiting for service.The portions are smaller at Carvel compared to Sundae's Ice Cream & Carvel is more expensive than Sundae's.As rare as we shop at Carvel, it's always empty. Every time we shop at Sundae's Ice Cream, there's a crowd of customers.I can't figure out how Carvel is able to keep the location open. Directly across the street is a "Mom & Pop" ice cream shop that clearly is dominating the client base and offers larger portions at a lesser price.Carvel's ice cream is pretty good.
Don't know how this carvel doesn't get better reviews but I think it's the best around.. I have ordered custom cakes from them for the last few years and this last time they saved me from disaster for forgetting to order a cake last minute .. I always contact Peter Lin., I think he must be the owner or manager.. he's the best ! I the cake was so fresh and delicious.. the photo on top really made the whole night ! I will always order all of my cakes from them

I was craving some ice cream on my most recent visit to NJ and didn't realize that Carvel even had stores! I was so excited to try it, but good grief - the prices for the ice cream here are HIGH. I got something small and it tasted good, but I probably won't go back. The service was really good though - the gal in the drive thru was really nice.

Every week I go and get the same thing…medium vanilla/chocolate in a cone. They fill the cone a little bigger than a child’s size. I ordered a large and it was filled the same. I said this is a large??? I will go somewhere else now. They are very cheap and don’t care about their customers. Different employees all the time. I guess he treats them the same way. Sorry I will take my business elsewhere and get a fair price for the same product.
