Honestly, I've given up on this location. I asked for a simple decaf coffee and was given a very harsh tasting cup of coffee. I went and politely ask the lady if this was decaf and freshly made and she was visibly upset. She made another cup immediately and this tasted like decaf. No apology was made and her attitude was so disrespectful. This unfortunately is not the first bad cup of coffee and I usually just throw it away, which is why I asked for a fresh cup.

I think generally the staff are nicer to some than to others and more efforts for customer service is needed. Both cups were never labeled as decaf so who knows 🤷‍♀️. But the second cup was the correct and usually taste.

Among dunkin donuts 🍩, this one stands out because of the people who run it. They have taken the time to remember what you've ordered and almost have it ready before you walk through the door.
They are kind and friendly people!!

I arrived at this location for the second time, hoping for a smoother experience. My first visit was chaotic, with a long wait. Today, thinking ahead, I placed an order as I drove south on the parkway. Just 5 minutes away, I anticipated a quick grab of my coffee and Boston cream donuts. To my dismay, neither my coffee nor my donuts were ready; they weren't even in a bag. Surprisingly, the place wasn't crowded; there were no customers around. It's baffling that despite the emptiness, the service was sluggish. I can't help but express my frustration. The contrast between my expectation of a swift process and the reality of an unprepared order in an almost empty space is disheartening. I would have understood a delay in a busy setting, but this situation leaves me genuinely upset. It's disconcerting when even a strategic decision to order ahead doesn't alleviate the wait, especially in the absence of a crowd. This experience, where anticipation met disappointment in an empty establishment, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

This is the all-time WORST Dunkin. I wish there were a way to give a negative rating. Because of how bad they are I attempt to avoid coming here. When I do, I regret it. They absolutely REFUSE to recognize and take orders using reward points. On top of all this, they are the least personable people. They should just hang a sign that says “we hate customers”
