The staff often seem irritated, and the coffee reflects it — it’s rarely made with care, and you can genuinely taste the difference. When I’ve asked for a simple fix, I’m met with eye rolls or treated like I’m a bother. It’s disappointing, especially when all you want is a decent cup and a little kindness.

To address this concern, I recommend simplifying the ordering system by eliminating one of the lines. By retaining only the outside ordering line and removing the inside line, the process would be streamlined, reducing the potential for conflict and improving customer satisfaction. This change would create a more organized and efficient ordering experience for all customers.

Honestly, this Dunkin is awful. The staff seem unfriendly at the window and the food is usually messed up in some way. It's a Dunkin... Why are the wake up wraps slopped together with half the tortilla off and why are the hash browns soggy and cold? Literally fold it and press a button. Disappointed.
