If I could give this place zero Stars I would. That lady at the drive-thru window is got to be the most nastiest person in the world. I don't think they realize we have a choice to go there they are so nasty but yet they are so quick to take our money. Will you put an order in through the app outside of the place when we got to the window she was so nasty and said you just put the order in one second ago it's a big order we didn't say anything we just pulled up to the window to wait. Then she gave us all food practically through it at us didn't even say thank you have a good day not even a smile just closed the window on us. So I parked my car went inside asked for the manager and when I told him what was going on he did absolutely nothing. I'm so tired of the level of rudeness. Dunkin' Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these people to run that store. I for one will be reaching out to corporate I am not ending it here finally someone is going to be held accountable for their actions.

I went this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel it was hot and delicious. I also ordered a peppermint mocha latte it was absolutely delicious. They both hit the spot. The gentleman on the intercom was very nice and the lady at the window as well. Thank you for a wonderful trip through your drive through today.

I absolutely love coming to Dunkin’! The Coca Mocha Latte is my go-to hot drink rich, smooth, and perfectly made every time. I also can’t resist their chocolate muffins they’re so soft and delicious! The staff is always friendly, quick, and welcoming. This place always makes my day better. Highly recommend to any coffee lover!

Unfortunately, every visit to this Dunkin’ feels rushed and unwelcoming. The staff often seem irritated, and the coffee reflects it — it’s rarely made with care, and you can genuinely taste the difference. When I’ve asked for a simple fix, I’m met with eye rolls or treated like I’m a bother. It’s disappointing, especially when all you want is a decent cup and a little kindness.
