Omg!!! About last night!! My husband and I live in NYC and we happened to be in the neighborhood and we decided to stop by hoping it would be a decent Indian restaurant. The owner Satesh walked over to us with the warmest smile and after a quick meeting and conversation he recommended the most delicious dishes and sent us another 2 dishes for us to try. This is probably one of the best and 5 Star guest experiences we had in a long time specially for a first time going to this restaurant. Every dish we had was delicious and filled with aromatic spices, it reminded us of being in south of India. Too bad it’s located too far from NYC but every time we rent a car we will be visiting Hyderabad Spice. Now, let me go and heat up the delicious left over food they packed for us to go. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

Made an order for dinner for me and my wife. We are at a hospital in Matawan NJ and specifically asked for utensils to be included because we don’t have anything to eat the food with here at the hospital. We just got the food. It’s all sauce and I guess they expect us to drink it so now I’m throwing away a $50 order because we have nothing to eat it with. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER order from this place again. 😡🤬😡🤬

Ordered Baby Corn Manchuria, Chicken Samosa, Paneer Biryani, Boneless Chicken Biryani, and Double Ka Meeta. The Baby Corn Manchuria and both biryanis (paneer and chicken) were good. However, the Chicken Samosa was the worst, and the Double Ka Meeta wasn’t sweet at all. Overall, food was decent but needs improvement on a few items.
Being unfamiliar with the Jersey area, I was initially skeptical about trying a new restaurant. However, Hyderabad Spice exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the owner’s warmth made the experience even better. It’s places like this that remind me why dining out can be so enjoyable.

Got butter chicken and biryani yesterday on takeout. This chicken doesn’t look cooked. Butter chicken tasted good. Decided to give only 2 star because I have heard a lot about their dum biryani but if chicken is not cooked in biryani then what else to say

The food was not very good. We ordered a couple of chicken dishes—Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala—and had difficulty distinguishing between the two. Neither of them had a pleasant taste. For appetizers, we ordered chili paneer, but it came out as if someone had simply fried the paneer in tomato ketchup. Overall, the food was edible, but it wasn’t anything that would motivate us to return next time.
