The staff is always very friendly here and the ice cream is delicious. Anytime I bring my niece and nephews out for fun activities they always want to stop here for ice cream!

Got their dairy free ice cream a few weeks ago, and I’m genuinely shocked at how bad it is. There’s no excuse at this point to have a non-dairy ice cream that is inedible. It tasted like moldy oats and cardboard. Will not be returning.

What an awesome place, gave me such nostalgia of the fun ice cream shops from my younger days. The owner is so kind and really gives the place that extra touch that makes you feel welcome. The ice cream is delicious and we look forward to coming back and making lots of fun memories here! Highly recommend checking it out whether you have kids or are just a kid at heart.

Ice Cream Monster is just plain AMAZING! The monsters, the menus, the decor, everything was great. And the Ice cream was absolutely incredible! Chad was there and interacted with us like a pro, he was the best host ever, and treated us like family. Thank you so much, we will absolutely be back many times!

The ice cream isnt great but the place is fun with its monster theme. The staff was very friendly to us but the older lady was pretty rude to the young girl working there. She kept cutting her off and talking over her.
The thing that makes this place fun for the kids is they do a monster sundae you can custimize. It was cute. A bit overpriced but cute.
There is better ice cream around but the friendly people and its monster schtick make it fun enough to go back.

This is my new favorite place. It was the first time in my life where I was too full to finish. Customer service was excellent. Serving was enormous. They can make any flavor a soft serve. They have a variety of cone flavors. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars!!!
